Location was good, ample space for car parking. Issue is to do with service. Although the staff are courteous, they lack professionalism. Twice in two days when the water ran out, had to yell and scream as the phones went unanswered. It appears to be more of a beer and wine joint than a decent place for people to stay

The parking area is there. Good communication. Rooms like old. Ac is not good. The room and other technology are not up to the mark. The toilets are not up to mark. The food is good.

There are tons of better places in kollam... please avoid paying these folks. Food is horrible staff is horrible management is horrible. I wouldn't recommend for families and tourists.. if you just want to drink and get who's then go there.
