The hotel is new, but that is the only good side of this hotel. They are really understaffed and unorganized. The employees are rude and they don't look like they are employees of this hotel. They didn't clean our room and they didn't even bother to applogize for that. If you go later on breakfast (about 9 oclock), there won't be any food or plates left so keep this on mind. There is no coffee machine on breakfast and the overall choice is ok, but it is not as it should be in a 4 star hotel. The dinner is a la carte and after you order the food you will wait about an hour to eat. Really, really bad 4 star hotel that is on a level of an apartment.

The 2 points are only because of the cleanness of the hotel in general (considering it is working for only 2 months now). - We had reservation for 3 adults and the room was set up only for 2 people (2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 everything..) and we waited for 5-6 hours only for the third bed to be set up. - The hotel is so understaffed and everyone seems to have no idea on what they are doing. - The spa is in very good condition but again, there are no people working there, so, you can stay without any towels or without a key to lock your things while you are using the saunas or the pool. - The biggest problem is the restaurant.. first it is quite small and yet they make reservations for outside of the hotel guests (and they have priority) and it can easily happen you miss the dinner because of those reservations. The waiting time for an order is minimum 40 minutes although they have the same menu for every day. The waiters are pretty confused but they do their best except one waiter named Alexandar, he is, I can easily say in the top 3 rudest persons I've met, he is arguing with almost every table that he serves and he is very cynical. All in all I feel sorry because the hotel itself is not bad at all but the personnel will ruin it very quickly if nothing changes.
