First night we arrived we were put in a room number 138. This is in front of the main entrance. That evening was the worst night sleep we've ever had. With a 1 and 4 year old up crying til 4.30am. This room was located near the evening entertainment amphitheatre. Once the entertainment was over all the people walk past the room talking loud. Not to mention all the coaches coming in and worst of all planes landing at the airport. These planes literally are on the direct path and fly above the hotel at 200m. I new it wasn't far from airport but certainly don't come here if you don't want to be kept awake by very loud planes. We spoke with the TUI the next day and asked to be moved. I had to give just 3 suggestions for hotels and they'd check availability and potential costs. Only one came back with availability at an extra cost of £1500 for t nights. Obviously this was not accepted as we'd already spent £2200. We requested a room change and the room was alot better with noise. It was also newer like the one we were expected to have unlike the outdated one we were originally put in. There's no tea or coffee facilities In your room either. We were told you have to request these! Not even a chair by the mirror where my wife can sit down and do her makeup of an evening. Access for people with wheelchairs and push chairs avoid this hotels. There is no toilet in the reception/ lobby area which I've never seen before. So when your in the main restaurant and you need the toilet you have to go downstairs to the pool side toilets. To get there youd need to exit the hotel entrance and walk all the way round and down the side of the building. There is NO RAMP OR LIFT from the reception/ restaurant area. there is no changing facility in the men's toilet but only in the ladies. Only half the doors in the mens cubicles lock because they have been forced open. A child had an accident in the paddling pool and it was reported there was a poo on the side of the pool where the drains are. Eventually someone slowly came with a empty bucket and a brush. He just washed the poo into the drains with the pool water and walked off. No scrubbing or no closing of the pool to clean the pool properly. If you do go for a swim you need goggles. There is a ridiculous amount of salt in the pool. Stings your eyes immediately and not to mention getting it in your mouth! The only staff who were actually friendly were the restaurant staff, bell boys and the cleaners would say hello. Other than that the rest were just rude. The manager of the hotel shouldn't be in this position. He was rude, arrogant and aggressive. He also said the customer isn't always right, wasn't sympathetic to the issues we'd experienced. We also Never saw the TUI rep with a smile on her face! I certainly won't be going with TUl again! Overall a very disappointing holiday. This is no way a 4 star hotel! I cannot believe the reviews this place gets considering the amount of people who were saying they were not

Ik vond het heel leuk en heel gezellig het hotel was mooi het eten was lekker. Het animatie team was heel leuk vooral Marvin was super lief en leuk. Het strand was super en het zwembad ook. Je kan er super lekker relaxen en heel veel leuke dingen doen!

Erg genoten van de zon, cocktails, strand en het animatie team met in het speciaal Marvin met al zijn energie echt een aanwinst voor het animatie team alleen jammer dat hij na een paar dagen naar het hotel naast ons moest. Het eten is ook erg goed

Super genoten van het heerlijke hotel, cocktails en het eten. Zwemgelegenheid zijn ook goed. Ze hebben ook een leuk animatie team met uitzondering naar Marvin! Zou hier zeker terug komen. Alles is goed geregeld en het eten is super. Als je een echte relax vakantie wilt ben je hier op het goeie adres.

We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad vooral met de accommodatie, vooral met Marvin hebben we het naar ons zin gehad. Elke dag konden we beach vollybal spelen en water polo, het enige jammere wat ik vind is dat het zwembad ook zout is. Ook het waterpark hebben we het naar ons zin gehad het was niet druk dus konden overal zo doorlopen. Ook vonden we het jammer dat Marvin ( van de accommodatie) naar het andere hotel moest. In de avond met het eten was het heel druk. Voor de rest rustig. We hebben t heel erg naar ons zin gehad ook met de cocktails die we konden bestellen.

We arrived at the hotel at night, and we were pleasantly surprised that we received our room right away, which was a big plus, especially since we were traveling with a four-year-old child. Normally, we would have had to wait for our room until 2 PM. The room was very spacious, clean, and most importantly, renovated. It was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced upon request. However, pool towels were only replaced three times a week, which was quite unusual for us, as we had never encountered this before, but it wasn’t a big issue. Regarding the pool, there were at least two of them – one main pool with saltwater, but we didn’t use it because the hotel is located right next to a very nice, sandy beach. The water was crystal clear with a beautiful color, and sunbeds and umbrellas were included in the price, which was a big advantage. Another plus was the beach bar, which was available as part of the all-inclusive package. One of the hotel’s biggest assets was the food – very good, varied, and most importantly, delicious. A huge surprise was the freshly prepared pizza made by the pizzaiolo on-site from fresh dough balls – something we had never encountered before on an all-inclusive vacation. Another advantage was the aquapark, located just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There were attractions for both children and adults. The aquapark also had an amphitheater, where a mini disco for kids took place every day at 8 PM. Although the performances were almost the same every day, it was more than enough for the children. At 9 PM, there were various shows in the same amphitheater, depending on the schedule for that week. We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, and we might return in the future. ———————————- Przybyliśmy do hotelu w nocy i miłym zaskoczeniem było to, że od razu otrzymaliśmy pokój, co było dużym plusem, zwłaszcza że podróżowaliśmy z czteroletnim dzieckiem. Normalnie musielibyśmy czekać na pokój do godziny czternastej. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, czysty i przede wszystkim odnowiony. Codziennie sprzątany, a ręczniki były wymieniane według życzenia. Ręczniki basenowe wymieniano jednak tylko trzy razy w tygodniu, co było dla nas dosyć dziwne, bo spotkaliśmy się z tym pierwszy raz, ale nie stanowiło to dużego problemu. Jeśli chodzi o basen, były przynajmniej dwa – jeden główny ze słoną wodą, z którego jednak nie korzystaliśmy, ponieważ tuż przy hotelu znajdowała się bardzo fajna, piaszczysta plaża. Woda była krystalicznie czysta i miała piękny kolor, a leżaki i parasole były w cenie, co było dużym plusem. Na pewno atutem był też bar przy plaży, dostępny w ramach all-inclusive. Jednym z największych atutów hotelu było jedzenie – bardzo dobre, urozmaicone i przede wszystkim smaczne. Dużym zaskoczeniem była świeżo przygotowywana pizza przez pizzaiolo, robiona na miejscu ze świeżych kulek ciasta – coś, czego wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy na wakacjach typu all-inclusive. Villaggio completamente ristrutturato, accogliente e sviluppato in più corpi a due piani dando la sensazione di essere in un piccolo villaggio a casette, esterni ben curati e camera spaziosa e sempre ben pulita (avevamo una family doppio ambiente, bella larga). Nonostante fosse pieno non sembrava mai "troppo" affollato, la gente era ben distribuita tra piscina e mare. Mare bellissimo e iper pulito, cosa che non accade spesso nelle spiagge dell'hotel. Cibo vario e buono, abbiamo mangiato sempre bene e ci son sempre state valide alternative sia per mio marito (vegetariano) che per mio figlio di 5 anni. Pure pizza fatta al momento e showcooking di carne tutti i giorni. Ristorante in spiaggia molto buono con tanto pesce che troverete poco, invece, al ristorante centrale. Ristorante greco favoloso (e vorrei ben dire, giocano in casa). Non abbiamo provato quello italiano perché volevamo godere della cucina greca per tutta la settimana. Noi non siamo tipi da animazione e infatti abbiamo scelto bene, sempre presente ma discreta, mai insistenti ma sorridenti e sempre pronti a scambiare due parole. Un ringraziamento speciale a Chiara del miniclub Alpitour, nonostante non avessimo prenotato col tour operator lo hanno accolto subito e coinvolto in ogni attivita, e Au, lei è davvero una forza, non parla bene italiano ma non ce n'è bisogno. I bambini la adorano per il suo atteggiamento, il suo sorriso, i suoi scherzi e la sua tenerezza. Una ragazza fuori dal comune, mio figlio Filippo non parla inglese (ha solo 5 anni) ma voleva stare al miniclub con lei perché se la intendevano comunque benissimo. Unica pecca che mi sento di segnalare: poca cortesia nello staff del ristorante, mai un sorriso, sempre scocciati e a tavola mancava sempre qualcosa. Capisco che c'è tanto da fare però dai, almeno cucchiaini e tazze apparecchiate... Il resto davvero top.

Villaggio molto bello, da poco ristrutturato e posizionato su una bella baia e una bella spiaggia, con una mare cristallino. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, sempre al ristorante centrale. Personale era sempre gentile e disponibile, e nonostante non parlassero italiano cercavano di venirci incontro per ogni nostra richiesta. Questo sia alla reception, nel ristorante e nei negozi. Avevamo nell’All Inclusive anche l’acqua rifornita, nel frigo, tutti i giorni. Pulizia eccellente in tutti i settori, e anche nella nostra camera era perfetta, grazie anche alla signora Olga. Personale ai bar molto gentili e professionali, specialmente al pool bar con Katerina e Armando. Eravamo in 3 e avevamo una camera bellissima con piscina. Arredamento moderno ma migliorerei il tutto con più cassetti e nell’armadio più scaffali. Lo consiglio per una vacanza rilassante, senza problemi e sorprese negative. Vacanza da rifare.

Wirklich schönes Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr gutes essen. Verschiede themenrestaurants. Strand ist wirklich schön . Der Spa Bereich ist sehr zum empfehlen. Wir hatten beide eine Entspannungsmassage. Durch das schöne Ambiente und die ganz tolle Massage waren wir völlig tiefenentspannt. Ganz großen Dank an Sofia. Die nächste Massage ist schon gebucht
