I had booked such a room. They gave me the room from jon. They demanded extra cash for this room. Room and badsheet are very dirty staff is very rude

Good location environment and services. Ok. Continue for second day

I didn't find any calling bell in the room. The bedsheet, pillow and quilt were stinky and unhygienic. Also, room service required to be improved.

Horrified experience, it wouldn't get much worse than this, the reception was shabby, room was uncleaned, walls leaking with water, toilet was with almost no water, breakfast area was messy, staffs donot have proper etiquette of serving, overall it was terrible my room was 406

I booked hotel by looking all amenities look like wi-fi swimming pool televisions telephones but nothing was there when i asked about pool first they refused but agree with paid pool and i paid 600 per day extra for pool what i have already paid same situations with complimentary breakfast also every-time there was chi k chi k chi k chi k

1. The boarding school is nearby. The rooms are too dirty, unhygienic and smelly. The washroom was unhygienic, unclean and too dirty. The staff was absent and reception was unattended.

No professional behaviour, no amenities in room, even tv not working. Reception personnel was at-least responding otherwise inspite of having map plan repetitively asked for money. Kid was not well i was out for work and than after repetitive calling finally managed to get room service. Towels were not changed for 3 days inspite of repeated request. Requested for late check-out inspite of the same 11 am person arrived at room that pl vacate we have lot for f customer. List is endless never ever will come back to this property

Very sorry state of arrangements, although booked royal suite ( got low class room no. 208), no telephon connection, telivision not working, w-ifi not working, bathroom full of water logging, inadequate light, no storage options like wooden storewell or hangers etc. Please request to refund 50% of my money as i am being fooled by make my trip
