We had the worst experience here during the check in process. Based on our confirmation email and our Trip.com account, the booking was successful but the hotel DO NOT have any information about our booking. The reception explained that this hotel is no longer hosted by OYO (this hotel was hosted and listed on Trip.com by OYO), the reception has ask us to call a local number to OYO. After several calls made, the issue was pushed to each other and no solution is given (we are not even able to talk to a HUMAN).
We decided to call the host number, and after several round of calls and confirmation, we are FINALLY relocated to other hotel but the it is already the sunset.
Due to the issue between the host and hotel, we nearly missed our sunset plan, this make us really disappointed and mad at.
Also, we have to pay for the parking fees as the hotel were located in a times square.
Reconsider if you wished to make a booking with this hotel.
