Great & clean budget hotel. Location is strategic & convenient as the mall is just next door. Hotel has own a limited private parking spot for guests, so first come first basis. Staff is friendly & helpful. Hotel room were fairly clean, provided most basics. Pros: Hot shower 24 hrs. Mounted compact hair dryer in the toilet function well & strong blower. Towels & pillow bedsheets very clean. Cons: Pillows is hard foam type. Wish the hotel could give another softer pillow option in the room. There is no mini fridge. Room given not meant for queen bed. As a result, truly bad fengshui. it was a very odd position for head bed rest as you can see our head were right under the lamp sharp pointed down & exposed to plug points which is hazardous. Please fix this problem as its not suitable. Verdict: Will definitely book again by request for a proper queen bedroom with the right headspace.

The location is far from the airport, there are no tourist attractions around, and it is basically full of locals. The equipment is also relatively old, the decoration is similar to that of a guesthouse, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy at night.

Facillity are quite old, is easy to get food, air cond are cold, friendly service counter staff, worth a stay.

This is a very clean hotel. They are doing renovations to maintain its quality. Front desk is very helpful. Rooms a nice clean and spacious. Breakfast is not huge but you won't go away hungry. Very close to several tasty restaurants and there is a coffee shop. Very nice mountain view at cafe level 6.

Everything's good. The staff friendly. A lil bit pricey for one night for a small room with twin bed. The room was so clean, even the toilet too. A lil bit disappointed cuz it doesn't have enough space to lay a prayer mat. Still it's fine. The breakfast was good too. Overall everything, was good. Just to make sure to choose a room suitable according to the price. Well, i still recommend this hotel 😊😊 since it's located besides the shopping complex.

Stayed in this hotel for four nights, generally satisfactory, but the housekeeper changed the towels every day, but the less? When I lived in on the first day, 2 large towels and 2 small towels were turned into 2 large towels and 1 small towel on the second day. On the third day, it became 1 large towel and 1 small towel XD. It was really dumbfounding; but the swimming pool on the 7th floor is not bad, there are few people and the scenery is good, the gym has two or three equipments, Breakfast is almost unchanged every day. There are many delicious restaurants in the mall next to it. I can’t finish eating two restaurants every day. There is also a cinema. The Fate of the Furious is watching there. There are Chinese subtitles. When the movie starts, you can also massage the coin massage chair next to it. There is also a bowling alley. The mall is very big for four days and will still get lost. There is also a large supermarket in the mall where you can buy some local fruit snacks and seasonings. Our travel agent booked us this hotel for the night. The hotel looks relatively new and the room shows no signs of shabby. We were fortunate to stay in the ”privileged room”: very spacious with all kinds of modern equipment, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, safe room and mini bar. The bed was big and comfortable. The only thing that was dragging the hotel's location was to take 35 ringgit to the lakeside or the main city. The property is clearly located in an industrial area, and it is more suitable for visiting business executives than travelers.

There's no drinking water provided in the room because when we called the receptionist, they said can buy it at the shop downstair. The room is very small and cramped for 2 people. The area for toilet bowl is too small for average-sized people.
