Apartments in Kota Kinabalu

Been stay here for few time this year...Great location..walking distance to pasar Philippines,centre point..and banyak kedai makan and convenient store dekat bawah..and dobi as well..definitely will stay again.

The amenities provided, such as the kitchen and washing machine, made my stay even more convenient and comfortable.I also appreciated the convenient location as it allowed me to explore the city easily.

I’m very happy during the stay, fast responses/arrangements from front desk and all via Whatapps which is very convenient. Room is clean, lovely cute bathroom. Good location as walking distance to mall. After the first night, we decided to book for 2nd night directly with Vinah, fast and immediate deal. Bad side is you have to walk up to second floor with no lift and the staircase a bit dirty but we are ok with it since the hotel interior is clean.

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.  Everything about the hotel was exceptional.  Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. but little disapointed when there is no access parking card and u need to pay rm15 extra for it .

the room is big with a lot eatery below the apartment, the only fallback of the parking rate at rm1/hour, if overnight parking, have to park at harbor city at rm3 per entrance or free after 10pm (at next block). got few night, can heard loud music from the pub at that area. lucky i stay 7th floor which the sound is still bearable.

The apartment is more comfortable than the hotel. First, there is good air circulation. Second, there is space for children. Third, they can cook by themselves. It is very convenient for shopping and grocery shopping. You need to swipe your card to come in downstairs. There are two doors without worrying about safety. The aunt has a friendly cleaning attitude. There is a bar street on the opposite side of the apartment, and you can watch the sunset. It rained that day and the burning clouds after sunset were so beautiful! NaNa people are very nice, we can check out at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on our plane at night, and also printed out the information for us, which is very recommended!

I have a pleasent stay in this homestay. The amenities provided is in a good condition and it also have a washing machine, cutleries and an oven. Definitely will stay again in this place. The place also very strategic as it is located in the middle of Kota Kinabalu where it is nearby shopping mall like imago. Highly recommended!

Environment: The location is close to the pier, but you need to take a taxi (2-5 MYR) to reach the famous restaurants. The street is super noisy! ! ! Noisy all day long ❗ Especially not suitable for people who have trouble sleeping, and the beach cannot be photographed in the apartment Service: Fully self-service, you can use the housekeeper's WeChat in advance, pick up the key on the 32nd floor, and then put it back after checking out. If you misremember your luggage, you will be charged. Facilities: Average, the bed sheets and sofas are stained with blood. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 7th floor

The service very good. The facilities also outstanding. Can't rate about food because I'm not taking any food from the hotel. Overall its a good place for family. Only during check in & out need to take & put back the key access in the mail box not at counter because its private ownership. Pay deposit RM200 and check out on time 12.00 noon. if not it will charge you rm30/hour late. Also too many T&C you should follow. But its normal for homestay..no need to complaint.
