Stayed in this hotel for four nights, generally satisfactory, but the housekeeper changed the towels every day, but the less? When I lived in on the first day, 2 large towels and 2 small towels were turned into 2 large towels and 1 small towel on the second day. On the third day, it became 1 large towel and 1 small towel XD. It was really dumbfounding; but the swimming pool on the 7th floor is not bad, there are few people and the scenery is good, the gym has two or three equipments, Breakfast is almost unchanged every day. There are many delicious restaurants in the mall next to it. I can’t finish eating two restaurants every day. There is also a cinema. The Fate of the Furious is watching there. There are Chinese subtitles. When the movie starts, you can also massage the coin massage chair next to it. There is also a bowling alley. The mall is very big for four days and will still get lost. There is also a large supermarket in the mall where you can buy some local fruit snacks and seasonings. Bak Kut Tea and other things, similar to Taiwan's Quanlian, Carrefour, love to buy, there is also a Starbucks next to it, there is 711 opposite, there is a small supermarket opposite 711, Basically, the life function is not bad, but remember that the mall is closed at 10 o'clock, and you have to eat supper early. Everything's good. The staff friendly. A lil bit pricey for one night for a small room with twin bed. The room was so clean, even the toilet too. A lil bit disappointed cuz it doesn't have enough space to lay a prayer mat. Still it's fine. The breakfast was good too. Overall everything, was good. Just to make sure to choose a room suitable according to the price. Well, i still recommend this hotel 😊😊 since it's located besides the shopping complex.

Pro: Smooth check-in process, ample parking space in front of the hotel, buffet spread limited but delicious Con: Few strands of hair found on the bed and couch 😬

Our travel agent booked us this hotel for the night. The hotel looks relatively new and the room shows no signs of shabby. We were fortunate to stay in the ”privileged room”: very spacious with all kinds of modern equipment, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, safe room and mini bar. The bed was big and comfortable. The only thing that was dragging the hotel's location was to take 35 ringgit to the lakeside or the main city. The property is clearly located in an industrial area, and it is more suitable for visiting business executives than travelers.

So, the unit is not too bad, ok for me for a one night stay. I needed 2 rooms and it works. But please know that this is actually an airbnb set up. It is not a hotel. Hence you will need to get instructions to get keys before getting there. Getting the key is a pain in the ass. Lift to the letter box took too long. So this is not for impatient person like me. Cleanliness inside the unit is ok, only one comment is the toilet light is so dim & the shower head is already faulty and not not changed. Other than the unit cleanliness of the condo building is bad. Such a shame as the condo is located at the most prime area, with perfect sea view. I won’t repeat this stay.

Luby was so easy to deal with, communication was speedy and information requested was done in a really timely manner. Apartment-style, the room is very clean, easy to check in, the swimming pool on the 7th floor is very convenient, there are many places to eat downstairs, and it is also convenient to go to the surrounding shopping malls. I didn't realise it's the big room when do the booking. Unfortunately, I haven't fully utilised the facilities because I am busy with the exhibition. But I did a quick tour of the room. It comes with a balcony with a nice view. Separated hall & bedroom with big bathroom! 1 TV at the hall & 1 TV in the bedroom. It also has a fridge, microwave, and a stove for light cooking. The check-in & check-out were smooth & friendly front counter. I had a problem with the bedroom air-conditioning & they attended to it very fast! Breakfast has decent varieties. Parking is on the roadside - public car park, you can buy the parking coupon from the hotel. It's near Pasar Gaya, Pasar Filipino, shopping malls, convenience shops & restaurants. Overall, it is really worth the price. Good job & keep up the good works!

Arrived rather late from KK Airport and did a checked in late to almost midnight. Reception was busy at this hour with another group of 6 (family) of koreans also doing their check in. For the first night, the aircond did not cool down the room but informed housekeeping and maintenance next morning during breakfast and the team resolved the issue promptly . The room allocated is SPACIOUS . theres still available room to possibly fit another 2 single beds ! Location of hotel is superb as it is just beside Suria Shopping Centre. Breakfast selection is extensive and you get to see a good seaview AND a construction site of an upcoming Condominium. I love this hotels pool area and Poolside bar with the beautiful Sea view and Sunset . The Gym is located same floor as the pool. The TV in the room is a smart TV, I could surf and view youtube channels directly . Will i stay here again ? yes , and will choose a Deluxe category as these rooms faces the sea directly (sunset also)

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…
