We stayed at the Windsor Castle hotel for my niece's wedding. The hotel and gardens were a beautiful wedding venue, with trees and flowers everywhere! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with great views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, where the attentive staff helped us learn about the delicious Indian foods on their menu. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff! Everyone, from the front desk team to the bellmen to the housekeeping staff, made us feel welcome, well-cared for, and like we were very special guests. We had a wonderful stay!

Extremely reasonably priced, clean and safe rooms with good breakfast. Location was easy to find too, safe car parking is a big plus, extremely cordial staff , overall a very good experience and definitely visiting again when I come to kottayam.

Big space room and very hygienic room service quick response and satisfied highly recommended hotel in heart of the city

The resort was well maintained. But the room service could use a bit more improvement, had to call the reception multiple times to get water and other amenities.

During my stay, i experienced well comfort. The accommodations were pristine and well-appointed, providing a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.
