Excellent stay at kottayam grand, very well
maintained, clean and large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very tasty and homely. Although the cost was a bit on the higher side for kottayam, but it was very well worth it. Highly recommended

Hotel is new, infrastructure is good, hotel room is bit old model, don’t book breakfast here, they make u fool bcz they don’t have buffet or any other breakfast option. They simply tell u to order tea coffee or aalu curry paratha, nothing else, food is horrible and high cost

Very bad experience especially at the rooftop bar. There was noone to cater the requirements of the customer. The staffs were not polite and didn't consider the requests properly. Absolutely not recommending the rooftop bar. It's not a place to chill and enjoy.

Wonderfully clean and relatively new hotel. Excellent assistance from Anuja from the front desk & Akhil @ the restaurant. We were on transit for a day and enjoyed our stay here. When in Kottayam, we will be back at the same property.
