The host was very welcoming and helpful and the team assisted us in anything that we asked for which was a welcome experience among-st budget hotels. The last stretch near the hotel one needs to walk and vehicles won't ply through. Still the proximity to the beach is a good experience and it's a calm location with trees and good balcony big room and big bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, it was very close to the beach. The owner's behaviour was also very good, he helped us to plan our trip further as well.

Overall experience is great. All aminities are available. Very close to beach. Rooms are specious with big balcony. Nice environment

Stay everything was fine. But car parking is not available. No food facilities. No beach view. Clean room and clean bathroom.

It’s excellent place for family to stay near kovalam beach. The staffs are very good. They helped us in guiding the areas, best food to eat. I felt like staying in my own home. Rooms are neat, good and the climate is too good here.

Amenities and services are very good. For food we went to a restaurant which is just backside the hotel. Food was very good

It is a budget hotel with limited facilities. The rooms are spacious with wide balconies. But the hotel lacked some basic needs such as tv connection and intercon facility. The hotel is located some distance from the main road. To access the hotel you have to go through narrow passes. The manager and caretakers are good and cooperative.
