Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi Reviews

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and laundry stores around. There is also a great cafe called Lekkar close to the hotel. Breakfast is good and they have a “green day” incentive which if you opt in, you can get beverage credits. Only one thing to note, if you’re visiting during rainy/monsoon season and will walk around… the front walkway gets flooded, it even reached to ankle height. But if no rain, hotel is great :)

location wise not so good, quite far from krabi town & aonang beach. but good thing is the free service to aonang provided by the hotel, but it would be nice if it’s every hour as the maximum is 10 people. it is also quite dangerous as there are no street lights. overall still okok.

Quiet and serene view of the Krabi rocky hill from hotel room. Common dining area Iis wrap with nature feeling hearing the crickets/insect singing from the forest nearby. Walking distance to the main street too. Only room is a little small to my liking.

Excellent quality hotel in great location for access to the *****. Excellent facilities including pool and restaurant.

The hotel is goodin general. The breakfast is good. Only the location is the problem if you dont drive

Lovely hotel but was shocked at the size of the room for 2 people sharing ,way too small for two women (and all their stuff) cost thousand English pounds for nine nights and breakfast ,had to book another room for £702 pounds way over priced for the size , you have to look at the dimensions when you book a room there UNBELEIVABLE !! The pool area was run broken beds and rusty tables ,does not cater to gluten free or dairy free so little for me to eat only fruit or salad

This hotel is about 30 min walk from the beach or a shuttle is provided throughout the day. The pool was lovely and very clean however the pool furniture isn’t as the pictures and many of the tables are broken. The rooms were comfy and well stocked. We were upgraded to a room with a pool & Mountain View and would suggest booking this room if possible as the view from the balcony was much nicer than the other side. The breakfast was ok however some of the food was not very hot. The breakfast items were the same each day. The hotel needs to buy some cloches or covers for the fruit and pastries as there was lots of little fruit flys on the food which was a bit off putting. There are some restaurants nearby (burger daddy and banana house are great) and a 7/11. We enjoyed our stay here but maybe would not have breakfast next time.

I enjoyed my stay at the Phu Pano resort in Krabi. The rooms are nice, but seem to be a bit dated and not sure if properly maintained. The pool is also amazing and is a great place for sunbathing. Service and communication at the front desk really needs to improve. They made the bed with two twin sheets instead of one king-size sheet as per my booking. I had to request three times for my sheets to eventually be changed. See before and after photos. It took half a day and even then I had to wait and double confirm with the housekeeper. Nevertheless, it’s a good place to stay 👍

Friendly service but the room amenities could be improved. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Absolutely basic necessities. Drinking water was in glass instead of plastic - loving the eco friendliness, was replenished everyday.

View from the window not as in hotel info .. Coffee and Thai tea in restaurants (Lipton only) were very bad after breakfast..

I think it's good hotel for travler have car. pro clean have swimming pool con old far from beach and main road breakfast not great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love this chain of hotels and use them regularly. This hotel is near the town and they have another on the beach at Ao Nang- we prefer the one there. This one has a nice pool area, a good happy hour, clean rooms and local conveniences 2-3 mins walk away. Two days they ran out of poop towels and another time they forgot to collect us in their pre arranged shuttle from the beach so we stood in the rain for half hour. These are only slight ******* and I would stay there again however I would opt for the beach front centara. Super location x first photo phano pool second photo, centar on beach
