First class service at a very fair price . Breakfast in the coffee lounge excellent in value and quality

Finding hotel wasn’t difficult also can take a taxi which is not that expensive wether it’s from airport or from train station I suggest taking uber is good idea service is good room little small bed was single bed so far short stay is good value for money

The location is great - very close to the old town. There is a decent supermarket on the side, and it’s also quite easy to approach to the restaurants nearby. The room is very big and quiet. Strongly recommended!

Loved our stay at theis hotel, it was central to everywhere, lovely and clean and staff were very friendly, would definitely stay again

The very bad thing is WiFi, WiFi is not working when you get in the room, only the hotel lobby you can use the WiFi service. Second thing is, hotel only will give you bottle of water on the first day, other day they are not provided. Third thing is, they didn’t clean our rubbish bin on the bed room, when we come back hotel we saw the rubbish still there. The staff are just ok, as they are.

Amazing hotel with beautiful view

The room is big with ample spaces. It was very clean and secured.

The hotel is nicely located, pretty close from both the train station and the Old Town. It’s pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also very useful. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.

Basic and old room at the back building. Clean and at a good central location. No A/C. Lousy elevator. Good for a night.

No airconditioning, noisy already at 0800 due to vacuuming, did not get new towells

Nice quiet room really close to the old town. Really convenient with a shop next to the hotel. Recommended if visiting Krakow really happy with my stay there
