Difficult for me to check in on line but ok did get help 
Didn’t have food only stayed 1 night but there were facilities there kitchen area

Slept very well. Bed very comfortable and clean. Room very spacious and quiet. Bathroom clean and good shower. Good wifi, great location in an old and very spacious building in the center of Krakow. I'll definitely stay there again. Lockers available and good security.

It is located very good spot to go the center of city But sometimes there are a lot of noise at night.

It is very close to the scenic spot. It takes five minutes to reach the large commercial district, 5 minutes to the market, and 5 minutes to the scenic spot. Although the conditions of this youth hostel trip are average, the transportation is really convenient, and the bus from the airport to the youth hostel is also very convenient. In a word, it is a place where you can play without spending much money. The sky was pink when I took the photo at 4pm.

Con amici, ho soggiornato per alcuni giorni in un appartamento gestito da questa struttura, a pochi passi dal centro.  Esperienza fantastica,  appartamento spazioso, con tutti i confort,  biancheria, bagno con vasca grande, TV con varie opzioni e scelte, lavatrice,infatti abbiamo scelto pure il box per colazione pranzo e cena, recapitato in appartamento comodissimo,  Gestori bravissimi gentilissimi disponibili. Consigliato 

With friends, I stayed for a few days in an apartment managed by this property, a few steps from the center. Fantastic experience, spacious apartment, with all comforts, linen, bathroom with large bathtub, TV with various options and choices, washing machine, in fact we also chose the box for breakfast, lunch and dinner, delivered to a very comfortable apartment, very good and very helpful managers. It was our first time in Krakow and we stayed here for 3 nights. The hostel was clean and located in a very good location. It is very near to all the historic places of the city. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I don't like about this hostel was the breakfast, too expensive for low-quality ham, (boiled) eggs, toasted bread. I would advise ppl to just find and eat at some breakfast place (there is a lot!) nearby where you would pay the same amount but get a way better food. Oh and I hope too that the hostel organize activities for solo travelers, that would be awesome if guests has a chance to socialize to each other.  

A terrible attitude to the guests and complete irresponsibility. Booked the hostel through the booking, paid, everything was good. arrived at check in and the hostel turned out to be closed. No one answered the door, the phone was turned on, where the girl said ”hi” and nothing more. I was standing under the hostel and called half an hour on the phone number and did not get the answer, and the host never opened after the quarantine, and the owners decided to earn. The next day, I decided to call again on the phone number of the host and already very quickly picked up the phone of a young man who said he was the manager and claimed the host was working and the settlement was in them that day and they were functioning fully. The young man was not polite and qualified to work with guests. The young man ended up saying that it was not his competence to solve the problem. Living in Krakow for a long time, I had not had such cases for the first time, so I decided to go check whether the host worked on the same day as the conversation with the manager took place. The host was closed and no one opened that proves that the hosts earn during the situation, deceived people. If you don't want to stay on the street and don't know the city, don't use the services of this host! I don't recommend!

NA PLUS: location (15 minutes to the market) near the Carrefour Express and Frog building; relatively clean in rooms and shared parts; bed curtains; well-functioning Wi-Fi; NA MINUS: waiting for check-in; very poor heating rooms a complete no heating in shared and bathroom parts; in rooms heating is on. only once 22-6 in the morning; poorly equipped kitchen (1 pot and 1 pot); not very comfortable mattresses;
