The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of a la carte dishes such as eggs Benedict and omelets, as well as a wide variety of buffet items. The room was clean and the design was well thought out. It was a good stay. Thank you.

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow.
Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

Hôtel de charme rétro situé dans la vieille ville de Cracovie à quelques mètres de la place centrale. Personnel aux petits soins, discret et efficace. Literie de qualité, chambres à la décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable. Petits déjeuners variés et copieux mais un petit peu onéreux. Excellente adresse

Very convenient but quiet location in the old town. The hotel has an old world charm with helpful staff. The one disappointment was breakfast where the staff struggled each day with our order from the a la carte menu and, more generally, appeared to have difficulty bring food from the kitchen to the right table. However I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it. Old world charm. Oldest hotel in krakow but a modern feel. Timeless classic. Reminds me of the Savoy in london. Great location. Just walking distance from the main square in krakow but far enough away to get some sleep! Don’t hesitate to book.

The building and decor are gorgeous if you like old charm. My room was a single yet so spacious. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was excellent with plenty options to choose. Definetly worth to try!
