It was the best hotel experience I had in Krakow. I am going to return to this hotel again and again. Located in the heart of Krakow, thr hotel was close to the Old Town (approximately 5 minutę walj to Rynek) and Kaziemierz Quater. There are many shops,bars and restaurants around it, so it was very easy to find a nice place to spend evening. The hotel is very clean and tidy, food was great, the room was spacious. I will return again for sure!

Staff at reception was polite and friendly. Hotel is clean and being here in december was nice to come back to a warm room, hotel is not to far of a walk to main square about 10 minutes there is a shop next door and a bar/restaurant near by and transport ie trams are just outside of the hotel

Gutes Hotel, aber nicht ganz korrekt.
An sich ein solides Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Aber gleich beim Check-in wurde abgestritten das ich Frühstück habe, konnte das aber nachweisen. Zum Ende wurde diese Panne etwas ausgebügelt, ich durfte später gehen.

Urusel städning och service
Bra läge på hotellet. Men servicen och städningen var oexisterande. Bad om städning men de bäddadeee endast sängen. Efter ett par dagar bad jagg om ya handdukar och städning, men fick ingen. Oacceptabelt att inte få städat på över en veckas vistelse. Kan ej rekommendera detta sk. Hotell

We had to go to a different hotel to get codes to get into our hotel and room. The room itself was very nice although we asked for housekeeping 3 times and it wasn’t actually done til the 3rd request. There was a couple of defects which were done straight away . There was only one pillow each on the bed which was 2ft square, more like cushions than pillows. The hotel was in a perfect location with a convenience store right next door and a pub/restaraunt on the corner. An 8 minute walk to the main square with lots to do and lots of places to eat

Avoid this place , how jet 2 can sell this is beyond me, first noise from the trams directly outside this busiest junction in krakow, it’s horrendous , the trams start at 04;30am until 11:00 pm. You get no sleep whatsoever. No reception,you have to walk 10 mins round the corner to get a code for the door and when inside, one for your room., not very good when you arrive at 10:30 at night.We only had one curtain on one the windows room104 so you can well imagine, daylight coming in very early. Did not see any members of staff in our stay. The only good thing about this place, is the location.
