We have booked accessible parking for my partner with the hotel however when we have arrived parking space was already taken by other guest. Check in was good, friendly girl. Hotel itself is run down, dirty carpet in the room with several staines, little soap and shampoo left in the soap dispenser, air condition pumping out hot air. We didn’t sleep well, we didn’t enjoy it at all, it was rather 1 star hotel experience. We wanted stay there in September but after poor experience we won’t return. It used to be a good hotel for overnight stay but it is not any longer.

Wen we checked at 7:00 from airport nobody ask us our names to prepare our room little bit earlyer from 15:00 ...to try to checked in....and now its 15:02 and our room its not ready!! Terrible....Its not 4 star hotel....

About 15/20 mins from the old town and airport- however this is only about £5 in an Uber. Very comfortable beds, clean room, There is a petrol station with a shop and a kfc right out the front which is very convenient. Very kind helpful staff who all spoke English. Polish supermarket round the side of the hotel and an ice cream shop.

Great location to the airport. Has plenty free parking (at the back of the building). Downstairs is a petrol station, Lidl, KFC and lots of shops. Would certainly recommend it if you need a night stay close to the airport or if you have a car to get around as isn’t near the centre or the old town. Room itself was cool. A tiny bit “worn” in some places like chipped wood on the desk and “wardrobe” area next to the bed. Also there’s not a “wardrobe” so to speak just basically an open shelf where you can hang clothes. The Decor was nice and the bathroom was clean. We stayed for a few hours before our early morning flight home. They all speak English and were many Brits staying there too.

Lovely place and very friendly people! Defo more than a 3 star lots of variety at breakfast. Clean rooms and spacious too. Great location to main old town. Got lots of amenities around the hotel.

Great location l, lovely clean room and bathroom. So easy to get everywhere with bus and trains right beside hotel. Bakery and lidl next door for getting food for trips. Q Hotel staff were all lovely with nothing being too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, great staff, amazing food. Very comfortable and clean. Supermarkets nearby, very close to Kraków’s airport, there is nothing we could complain about. We would definitely return here in the very near future with friends and family.

Nice hotel, with free and paid parking. Bed was so comfortable! I like everything! Near is Lidl, Zabka. Also a Buffet to eat. Staff was also very nice and helpful. So, I recommend stop her, it's near airport.

We found the room good value for the price. Very comfortable, clean and close to a grocery store for anything you need at short notice. Reception is open 24 hours, staff spoke English and were very helpful. The girl at the bar gave us ice and milk when we needed it with a smile. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant (we stayed two nights) and it was great too. Only downside is that it is not in the pick-up area for the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tours but it was only 30 PLN in a taxi so not really a problem. Thank you Q Hotel.
