Das Hotel liegt 2 Gehminuten von der Strassenbahnstation Strdom entfernt und somit sehr nahe an der Altstadt noch näher am alten jüdischen Viertel. Etwas unbequem war die Unterbringung im Anex-Gebäude (Nachbarhaus), weil keine direkte Verbindung besteht und das Frühstück nur über die Gasse zu erreichen ist. Außerdem hat das Haus keinen Aufzug und wirkt etwas veraltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I would like to mention here amazing reception staff. They are so helpful and attentive. We booked room just for two days with bfast which was great as well. Location is quite close to main historical points. As well there are restaurants, bars and grocery shops and Sometimes during night you can hear loud youngsters on the street but we didn’t mind.
Overall very cozy old part of the 3 star hotel and amazing staff.

There were parties on Friday and Saturday nights, it was quieter at festivals. So if you want to sleep in a discothek in an uncomfortable little bed, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Here, no one cares about the guests and their well-being. On top of that, no one refilled our shampoo and toilet paper. This hotel was a terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel very nice and clean, good location in the Jewish Quarter, the old town and river side are within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful, good continental breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely come back again and visit

It’s clean, it’s friendly and it’s in an interesting area. For me the main reason for my excellent review is due to the staff. The male who booked us in on Friday evening was very polite, pleasant and friendly. An unexpected departure by one guest a day early was seen by the same manager who went out of his way to check they were okay and to offer advice and assistance.

Great place, friendly Staff, room was spotless and warm ensuite bathroom had great shower - breakfast was lovely - i would definitely go back and stay here again its in the jewish quarter and is a short 10 min walk to old town and the Krakow town square
