We had a very good time at Wawel Queen hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The front desk attendants were very helpful with their recommendations, help with our luggage, and just overall warm and positive attitude. Hotel location was perfect. We could go buy a foot to all “must see” places in Kraków. And we really enjoyed the beautiful park right across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

It is about 10 kilometers from the airport, not far away, and close to major attractions. The hotel staff is very nice and speaks 66 English. The breakfast is not much different from the German hotel next door, which is always cold cuts, bread and various sausages. However, the layout is relatively warm, recommended for living, the price is not expensive, the price in Poland is very affordable

The hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Wawel Royal Castle. There are many delicious breakfast options and the room is as small as a Paris hotel! Bathrooms and toilets are clean and service staff are friendly

The accommodation comes with an additional breakfast. In addition to the existing rich buffet bar, you can also make your own freshly made vegetable and fruit juices, as well as an additional on-demand menu, which is recommended.

Retro style hotel, very close to Wawel Palace, the single room is only the same as the fifth of the seven pictures, I was allocated a loft space, the bed and shower room are not as big as the ensuit apartment I live in, but the front desk service The attitude is good and the experience is not bad, so I can give a high score

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is a beautiful building (an old tenement I was told). But everything else was just as good. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious and varied enough to not get bored in 4 days. The decor is beautiful and the bar and lounge are both nice places to relax. Our visit to Krakow was a great break and this hotel was a huge part of that.

I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Krakow. Great location , stones throw from the castle and main market square. Staff very friendly and overall hotel was immaculate. Breakfast is both self serve and from a menu so there is something for everybody to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We stay 5 days in Krakow in this hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is on few steps form Wawel Castle and 10 minutes, by foot, from the Big Square in Old Town. The rooms have a modern design and the furniture are new, The breakfast is rich and the staff ( specially the men) was helpful. The man in reception book for us a guided visit in Castle and they made for us reservation to restaurant. The disadvantage for this hotel is that has no car parking. We was forced to park our car in a nearby parking to a pretty high price.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful& friendly. Thank you for the loan of umbrellas when we were visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau. The hotel is in a great position local to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds very comfortable Will definitely stay again.

We couldn't fault this hotel. The staff really go the extra mile. We had a trip to Auschwitz planned with too early a start for breakfast. I asked reception if we could pick up a croissant or such before leaving and she ordered us packed lunches that were ready super early. It was an extensive picnic that could have fed a family of four. They were great for detailed instructions for an out of the way visit on our last day. Aside from caring staff, the breakfasts are everything you could want and the rooms are clean and stylish. Location is perfect. If I could make one quibble it would be having just one English language tv channel news channel. I know that's par for the course in Europe but some hotels are better than others and as I say its a tiny quibble. I would just add that this hotel was recommended by our travel agent who had received very good feedback from other guests she had sent there. She also said that the hotel had been majorly helpful when a guest had to cancel due to weather disruption and the hotel allowed a postponement. The travel agent said that they couldn't have been more understanding. I echo her praise.

Worst experience ever! They canceled my booking without notice and I found out I had no room to stay upon arrival. Completely unacceptable. I had to manage myself to find an alternative place to stay that night. Lies and ridiculous explanations from the lady at the front desk justifying the booking cancelation, such as 'my credit card was invalid' or 'they could not contact me in advance', when at the moment they had all of my contact details.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and would like to address your concerns. Your reservation was canceled in accordance with the booking platform's policies. Prior to the cancellation, we attempted to reach you multiple times due to issues with your credit card information. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you, and as a result, the booking was automatically canceled as per the established guidelines. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive without a room, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our team did their best to explain the situation at the front desk, but it seems we were unable to convey this to your satisfaction. Please rest assured that our intention was not to cause you any distress, but to follow the necessary procedures to ensure a smooth operation for all our guests. We genuinely value your feedback and will use it to improve our communication process in the future. If there is anything we can do to assist you further or if you have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Sincerely, Tomasz Mucha.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this excellent boutique hotel. From the outside, it looks traditional and fits in well with its surroundings; inside it is all very new and well maintained. With only 49 rooms over 5 floors, it feels quiet, relaxed and very civilised. Breakfast is served in a small, well appointed, restaurant in the basement. It offers a good range of cereals, breads with cold meats and salad items, as well as eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. We found all the staff whom we met to be very helpful and friendly. It is ideally situated, on the South-West edge of the Old Town, making it easy to walk to find a choice of restaurants for an evening meal. We were surprised how quiet the road was in front of the hotel. We had a room facing the front and the loudest sound we heard was the “clip-clop” of horses’ hooves as they pulled the white carriages full of happy people along the road in the early evening.
