Very nice hotel with a good location when you want to have a bit of privacy. The breakfast was tasty with many options. Good hotel service.

Clean, tasty, very nice time, the ability to use the sauna without third parties. I recommend.

Very small bed in a double room, about 130 cm wide, very varied breakfast, close to the Sanctuary, 5 minutes on foot.

It was indeed very nice and memorable to be in Garden Square Hotel. Ms. Alexanda and Ms. Karolina were very accomodating. We were checked-in early. Location of the hotel was very near to the Divine Mercy Shrine it was only 10 minutes walk. Hotel was full of amenities,no issues wirh everything. Breakfast was superb. All was indeed an experience of polish hospitality.

This is our second time staying in garden square and it didn’t disappoint. Decor is lovely, lots of space & very clean! Breakfast is always lovely - fresh vegetables, fruits and breads. Only 15 minute tram from krakow old town (trams every 7 minutes - best tram to get is the 8 or the 10). Staff very lovely and helpful; nothing is too much trouble ☺️ The 4 seasons restaurant has some very nice food if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful modern hotel. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Amazing restaurant, the food was best food we have ever tasted. The two waitresses we had are a credit to the hotel they were very friendly and polite. Thank you for a lovely stay

Excellent modern hotel with very attractive decor. Super friendly and efficient staff. In Particular Gabriella our waitress in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant, very professional, entertaining and witty. The food was splendid, but she turned it into a really wonderful experience. Ignore all the comments about the pillows and the parking, we managed to park a very large van with no trouble and slept like babies.

Hassle free check in and out. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Krakow. Very near to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy and the Sanctuary of St. John Paul II. Uber rides were cheap, I will re book Garden Square Hotel in future visits and would also recommend to friends who are going to visit KRK.

Excellent. No comments. Everything is superb! Approach to the guests, breakfast, facilities, bed, compliments. I came earlier than expected and they proposed the room immediately. Aromas and shower gel is stunning!!! One of the best hotel I ever been. Although the price is high, it worth it.

It is a very nice hotel at a very good and green location.,Easy to access with public transport. Hotel has very lovely rooms. Breakfast is good enough. Staff was very polite and helpfull. Everything was new and clean. Definetely I would stay again.

Good location, near center, the nearby railway did not bother us.👌 very clean, cosy and comfortable room and nice brakfasts👍 Good price for that level room and braksfasts. Car parking for free. I definitely recommend other friends to come here.

Great hotel very helpful staff couldn’t fault the cleanliness , don’t expect a full English because funny enough we are not in England 👍 Breakfast was continental and there was something for everyone from fruit to cheeses , bread to pancakes, the hotel is ideally situated away from the city centre but just a 10 minute ride away by tram which stops not far from the hotel just opposite the railway station , public transport is fantastic and so cheap , if we visit again I would certainly use this hotel
