It was pretty clean but the air quality was really bad. Continuously smelled like smoke.
Location was awesome. Service was very convenient.

it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay.
Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater.
But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

Apartment was very clean and in a good location. Are only issue was the fact that 2 adults sleeping on a sofa bed is not practical or comfortable. The staff were very helpful and any issues sorted immediately. The heating was excellent and very welcoming after a day out in the cold!

Stayed in this residence for 3 nights,we found the stay warm,efficient, the rooms are spotless clean with a really comfortable bed and a nice warm shower ,we found the location perfect everything we needed just a walking distance..what more could you Want!!!!

Excellent place to stay. Incredible location 2 mins away from the main square. Our flight was a bit later than anticipated however check in was painless even at a late hour. The rooms are clean with excellent facilities with lots of local bars and shops within walking distance.Can’t fault the place one bit

Apartments were in a great location, less than 20 minutes walk to the main square. Room were very clean and had all the facilities you could need with a great shower. Lovely and warm too once you get on from the cold outside. Would definitely recommend for couples coming to Krakow

Great location for visiting the Old Town, this aparthotel was ideally situated near the bars and restaurants. A short walk from public transport and the main station. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a great shower and plenty of hot water.

Lovely, but be careful.
Lovely rooms, very comfortable. One slight issue, when we went to check-in our room wasnt ready so we were changed room. Sadly at 4am the person previously allocated that room arrived, which was distressing and interrupted the night.
