Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Great location. Right in the main thoroughfare between the castle and the main square. Easy to get to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, main square and Christmas markets. First time in aparthotel, but easy to follow instructions for access to the building, getting your key and luggage drop off.

Brilliant location, so close to the square and transport. Easily contactable and helpful with requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting krakow and would come back. Rooms are a great size for a group of 3, and has a double sofa bed

Excellent location at the main square. Clean and comfortable room. Check in was easy and straight forward Instructions were sent Via Whats app .Easy access to Kraków Old Town. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good central location

We stayed at G12 Aparthotel and was very pleased with how close we was situated to the main spare of Krakow. 1-2 min walk. There is a taxi rank at the end of the road where it cost little amount to get around to other parts of the city if you don’t wish to walk. We done two excursions while we were here and both of the pick up points/main pick up points for any excursion is a 5 minute walk away. The room is perfect if you are planing on being out all day. Has everything you need inside the apartment. Any help you need is a simple WhatsApp message away with quick replies. Clean and tidy. Excatly what we expected and wanted. We would definitely recommend G12 to anyone coming to Krakow.

me toco el tercer piso escaleras muy inclinadas yo recien operado de la columna lumbar y hace 3 años de la rodilla izquierda y subir con todo y maletas sin elevador es la muerte

La ubicación es excelente a sólo una cuadra de la plaza principal. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y actual. Lo único es que no encontramos elevador y nos tocó hasta el piso 3 que fue súper pesado subir y bajar con nuestro equipaje.

位於城區內的特色住宿，車輛須停城區外對於自駕遊較不方便，公寓大廳老舊
房內清潔尚可但設備維護不佳，訂了兩間房，一間吹風機故障另一間冷氣遙控器沒電，退房後忘了東西想詢問狀況寫信給代管單位是得不到回覆的，沒有櫃檯這點需要房客自己注意
