Hi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage. After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm. All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed. The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.

It was very nice to stay in this hotel! The price for the hotel is small 👍. The staff is very friendly, always advised and helped. It is convenient that the hotel is near the beach and the airport is not far away, you can easily get to the airport by bus or taxi. Breakfasts are hearty. There is also a good restaurant on the street near the hotel, there are very tasty shrimp 🍤 and squid, they are twice as cheap as in restaurants in the city. Me and my mother are completely satisfied with the choice of the hotel and its location 🫶 ! Thanks to the entire team of Bayside Hotel Katsaras from the Belarusian girls 🫰!

It felt like a basic and standard hotel to stay at when your goal is mainly to go elsewhere but to have a good place to stay for a relaxing pool area and a not-too-bad place to sleep at with basic breakfast. I stayed here for a week with my family and it was alright. The rooms were basic, perhaps a little rundown. The tv was not of any interest because of its small size. The daily cleaning wasn’t anything special as they mostly just straightened the sheets. I fail to believe they were cleaned daily. The floors were dusted off daily. The breakfast buffet had basic items, most were not cooked to our preference. Some things felt undercooked, overcooked or wrongly cooked. But it was alright, we were satisfied every morning. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of sun beds (although practically all of them were taken at the very start of the day and in the middle of the day). The hotel attracted a lot of young-kids-families which made it a noisy area to say the least, but it was fine for us. The beach is very close by which was nice, with a very good restaurant owned by the hotel on the way. We loved the food there and ate there 3 times. My dad really liked their gyros. The staff was always very nice throughout the stay. The cleaners would come back later if we were in our room during the cleaning time, the receptionist(s) was nice when checking in/out and also helped us several times with taxis and places to explore (they even gave us a map of the island and pointed out popular places.

Travelled in late June. Hotel was full but not all the amenities were open, the bar over the pool, the inside bar/restaurant was only offering breakfast. The pool was lovely but the step access is not mobility impaired friendly and did cause me problems. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas available. Grounds clean and tidy, though towards the end of the week some of the customers could not be bothered to use the bins supplied which was frustrating. Rooms are basic but we're clean and functional. Attempting self catering would be challenging as extremely limited kitchen equipment was available. I forgot to take plugs for the sink a trick I remember previously! Rooms were serviced daily to a good standard. Gardens were lovely, leading to the on site taverna - food was brilliant and a great variety to suit all needs, good value too. No entertainment within hotel, but this suited our needs but may be an issue for others. We knew that we were close to the airport (10 minute transfer), a deliberate choice, be aware you are directly under the landing flight path - didn't bother us but I suspect others might complain

Śniadania super , klasyczne , smaczne i świeże .

The hotel was fine but I was not happy with my room. The shower was very small & had a dirty shower curtain so was hard to shower there every day for a week. The decor in the room was very dated. Sheets were changed everyday but nothing else got cleaned for my whole stay. The floor was dirty and as soon as you walk in there is a strange smell. Wardrobe smelt bad too. The taverna on the Beach was great though, food was very good with good prices. I wouldn’t stay here again as it’s just too dirty. I could hear music until midnight which kept me awake. I only used the room for sleeping really. Sorry to leave a bad review but I have to be honest.

The hotel is by the sea, with a private beach. There is also a small terrace which offers catering. A swimming pool is also pleasant. On the other hand, the planes fly very low there, and the noise can be disturbing. Also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved.
