So, we arrived at maritime we were greeted with a warm welcome showed to our room everything was explained about the room, spacious and airy, we had an excellent holiday the staff were excellent so helpful with locations directions etc, the hotel also arranged our boat trip to marmaris which ran smoothly I honestly cannot fault the hotel, good pool and bar area, good selection of drinks, small lunch menu which was very good, good continental breakfast with juice and coffee, big shout out to Katerina, Anna, stefany and Isabella thanks ladies we had a great holiday😘😘 Micky & Zoe Gilmore Co.Antrim Northern ireland

For transparency, we did not pay for this hotel or seek out the booking ourselves. We were placed here due to flight cancellations. We had already spent a week at another hotel however our flight home was cancelled. We were bundled on a coach in the middle of the night and dropped at this hotel. We arrived feeling quite stressed! We were quickly assigned a room, shown how to work the aircon and left to get some sleep. The next day, unfortunately the airline had not communicated with ourselves or the hotel and we were feeling in limbo, with checkout being at 11am. The hotel advised us we could continue to use the room with aircon due to the high temperatures. It soon became apparent we would need to remain at the hotel for longer. The staff provided us with food and drinks and encouraged us to use the facilities. This hotel is a warm family run hotel. During our few days here we met several members of the family and the Greek hospitality and kindness was there in abundance. Staff are happy to help where they can and we felt reasurred by them. On our first day there, we received a knock on the door late morning, she had not seen us around the hotel and wanted to check if we needed anything and offered us lunch. Food - there is a small menu at the pool bar. This is things such as Pizza, burgers ect. However the highlight of the menu was the Greek Gyros. This was served with huge helpings of fries, pita and Greek salad. These were unreal and the best meal we had had during our whole stay in Rhodes. For those wanting a more extensive menu, there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. There is not an animation team at this resort, however after a week at a busy resort, this was actually refreshing. We enjoyed sitting by the bar enjoying the Company of others. The pool is lovely and clean and I witnessed several times this standard being maintained. There are plenty of free sun beds -they are also really comfy! The rooms - our room was a large room sleeping 4. There was also basic facilities to cook our own food. The rooms are basic however they are clean and cleaners come every day, except Sundays. There is also air con which was effective - some times to effective,we had to put an extra blanket on the bed. Extra blankets were provided in the large wardrobe. This hotel is perfect for couples, families and solo travellers wanting to explore the island. It is situated on a main road with bus stops outside. There is a transfer time to the airport of about 10 minutes, however this positive also means that the hotel is on a flight path. This did not bother us at all. When staying at a hotel like this, it's clear you are supporting a family not a big company. We received personalised hospitality that we have not received else where. Although this was an emergency stay, the staff really where amazing and turned it in to a more positive experience for us. Thankyou for being our port in a storm!

Before our trip I read rewiews about the hotel, so I didn't had high hopes. But I have to say that everything went fine here. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, but it was enough with kids. Kitchen was small but included everything we needed for making breakfast and lunch at the room. They cleaned room 6 times a week, and changed towels as needed. Pool area was good. There was many sunbeds and sun was shining all day to the pool. And then about the noices. You could hear the planes, but it wasn't all day long. At night it didn't bother. Before sunrise roosters started to make noise. Traffic noices didn't bother. But for better sleep, I would regommend earplugs. Kremasti town was very nice and cosy. There were two markets, Cafe and bakery just few minutes walk. At the centrum many good restaurants. And the beach was also near. By bus we visited old town, it was nice too. After all, I liked the hotel. It was good for us.

This property double booked our room. We were not able to stay there yet we paid ******* on line in advance They have no explaination and we’re not honest in their explaination. This happened to another family who arrived there too . They should not be able to use ******* if they do this deliberately as regular practice

We had quite a rude welcome that took over an hour to sort out but it turned out it was purely due to miscommunication about the air on between a third party website and LoveHolidays (LoveHolidays stating on their site the AirCon is free from mid July which when we got there we were informed was actually €7 a night, but LoveHolidays are in the process of reimbursing us for that) After that whole ordeal the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my partner’s disability, offering us a bigger room on a lower floor as LoveHolidays also hadn’t communicated that we would need this as there’s no lift and it is quite steppy. The rooms themselves are dated and the finish not great but nice and there are plenty of outlets. The double beds are two singles pushed together and are quite hard but it wasn’t too bad. Our room had a huge balcony with two chairs and a small table that overlooked a small allotment and the sea in the distance. On the allotment there was a very noisy cockerel but you get used to him. There was also a local cat that visited us! The outside was quite noisy from bugs and as it has a flight path overhead you can hear the planes but they’re not at all disruptive. It’s actually quite nice to get such a clear view of a plane so up close. As our room was self catered the kitchen came with a small fridge and freezer, two hobs, pans, cutlery, cups, mugs and plates along with a sink, bin, draining board and ashtray. The bathroom was a little odd as the shower has a really strange curtain that’s near impossible to use without soaking the room and a shower head holder that has never even nearly fitted the shower head but also not awful when you just accept the floor will be wet. You can’t flush the toilet roll here which could be a big readjustment for little ones but a bin is provided. There’s also a very small shower gel and shampoo provided. Also a big tip is that the water here is NOT drinking water! Also the Wi-fi only worked in the reception. Outside there is a large grassy volleyball court and a pool table along with a reasonably priced outdoor bar and tables. There are plenty of sun umbrellas and deck chairs too. The pool has a kiddie area half a metre deep which is barred off but attached to the main shallow end of the pool so it really is quite safe. The main pool is large and goes from a metre deep to 1.5 and is great (if not a little cold at first!). There is no lifeguard however and wasn’t cleaned at all in our week stay (very green around the sides and bigs floating in but smells very chlorined). The stairs are all marble and have a high quality feel to them. Outside there are two supermarkets less then ten minutes away. MyMarket sells 6x1.5 litre waters for only €1.75 and plenty of cafes and bakeries nearby. There was plenty of local bus stops too where you can go into the old town for just €2.50 each way or you can get an unlimited day pass for €6. The nearby beach is an easy flat walk less than 10 minutes away with

I wouldn't give this hotel even half a star! The rooms with old furniture and ants! Cleanliness non-existent, towels full of stains as if they were never washed! Breakfast every day the same! As for the manager of the hotel, I don't think she cares about the customers! I do not recommend it to anyone! Of course I wouldn't go again!
