Scarletz suites is a nice hotel. Hotel staff is nice but maybe look for a different renter. Mykey global never replied to any of our inquiries when we were there. We even had to guess that the wifi username was in a different room number just to get a connection. So yes i will stay at scarletz suites again but with a different renter

Berat place and clean room but No soap, no water at room.

location was ok quite near to the mall, easy to find eateries.. parking is quite expensive as they charge u rm5 per entry not per day.. hence if u need to go out x2 then u will have to pay rm5x2 if u go out x5 then u have to pay rm5x5

Please if come here, bring all your toiletries. And bring extra the plastic trash bcs no one pick up the trash during my 2 days staying here. So far for view is pretty. Room is pretty. Quite big space for 2 person.

Location good, walking distance to KLCC. Room consider good. Will come back again

Staff are rude. lift only have 4 which took long time for all to get back to the room or to the swimming pool or G floor. Room service phone cannot be use to call at all. Night swimming don’t think about it. No lights.. said spoiled .

Stayca at wonderful suite. Everything were good .

The room is clean and big enough. The view from the room is on street. But wasn’t high floor. The main thing that rooftop pool was closed during my stay. It’s big problem for tourist like me who came just for a few days in KL. There is good coworking place at the top and wine/cocktail bar. And gym. The best facilities on the top. Could be traffic jams at peak times to wait the lift.

I had been staying in this hotel (by mykey) for a week and staying in 3 different rooms. 25-05, 45-12 and this one was 8-05 the worst one out of 3 rooms that I have stayed (it’s not that bad*) Due to the lower floor and the view, and I can see the structure as in the 5th and 6th picture, it kills my vibe. The room was not so ready, the floor still wet when I got in and I feel not fresh being in the room. 6/10

It’s very bad hotel I ask them to offer me taxi to airport they can’t offer what’s this bad service and lobby staff very bad and not friendly after I stay 6 days and now am going to airport then don’t want find taxi for me

Very nice place to stayyy. So recommended. Place with very nice and beautiful view. aesthetic decorations. Such a cozy vibe Very near with attractive place such as Kuala Lumpur Convention Center(KLCC). Such and easy to find place to eat. Easy to go anywhere because near with public transportation. Very recommended for couple who want to have a loving and cozy vibe.
