We stay 2days and Already requested connect room but can’t provide. Disappointed. Although the staff try to help change the room but it distributes my schedule, that awful

If not for the noise until 1am, would have been a perfect experience; super helpful staff, great location and cozy room. Price should also impact negative effect of noise, given ear plugs dont make much of a difference unfortunately.

We only stay one night, the location is great, the room is clean and comfortable, good value.

Staffs was very helpful with any requests we have and the location was ideal as walking distance to the subway and Petaling street.

The red man statue at the front door abit scary at night , but over all the stay quite pleasant and clean

Extremely satisfied!! right, where do i start? 1.The bed was super comfortable! ! ! 2.very close to pasar seni subway or mrt 3.New ,spacious, clean room with High speed WIFI 4.Perfect location,the hotel was located surround with the a lot of attraction spot 5.there are many food counters and bars around 6.Friendly Staff. 7.This hotel is jointly opened by Malaysians and Chinese tea farmers.Ground floor is a cozy tea Cafe, It provides a lot of good organic tea. Surprisingly, their tea is good for sleeping without irritating the stomach. Guests also have special offers and free tea 8.Surprising,some vip room have massage chair and bidet,but need to do reservation before stay,will try to book next trip 9.The top floor has a super spectacular view of Kuala Lumpur, amazing beautiful, this hotel itself is a Kuala Lumpur attraction spot!!! Overall, this hotel is suitable for families, couples, business and individuals, and many people from different countries stay,Highly recommend!!!

Great location near petaling street, clean room, good value :)

Clean and quiet Comfortable

The location is strategic which is in the walking distance to petaling street. There is lot of unique cafe and famous restaurants opposite/nearby the hotel. Public transport convenient place which is 5 min walking distance to lrt/mrt station. The room is clean and I like the bed the most👍

The room is very clean and very convenient in Petaling Street. The boss lady's Wuyi Mountain rock tea is also great! Come again next time!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the station so there was no problem. It would be better if there was a refrigerator. Some amenities were charged and I didn't know how to use them. Only lukewarm water came out. The water heater wouldn't turn on.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the attitude of the counter staff is a little bad, and construction was going on early in the morning on the day I stayed, and there was no special notice of construction when I made the reservation.

It was nice to have so many good Chinese restaurants every week. The location was also good.

The room is large, and it is very convenient to eat in Chinatown. The most important thing is that there is no deposit required for check-in. The disadvantage is that there is no bathtub, and the two rooms are connected (there is a door in the middle). If you mind, don't book
