It’s not really a hotel and more like an air bnb so don’t be mistaken. But the staff were quite efficient and accommodating.

1st enter the aparment was smelly, no wifi as per advertisement as this become my priority, both Bathroom floor watery, request for single bed x 2 but its occupied with 3 queen bed, no tv channel even the basic is NO, not suitable for couple. My first and last stay here END!!👎🏼

I had a really hard time calling the check-in phone number, but I couldn't get through.
I had to pay a deposit that I hadn't asked for beforehand, and there were some lights that wouldn't come on, so I asked them to fix it, but it wasn't fixed until 2 or 3 days later. (I urged you many times)
I couldn't use my washing machine due to an error, so I inquired about it, but there was no reply.
There were times when the TV suddenly went out of view while watching YouTube.

Flight delayed and didn’t managed to arrive properly before check in time 12 midnight. Tried the message property- no response!
Called property tel number provided on website and itinerary- number is not valid.
3 ladies stranded outside the property.
The only solution was got another property and pay additional costs. This property didn’t even make an effort to contact us the next day and just canceled my booking.
Unlike other property that has 24 hours contactable service.
