首先到達房間竟然有上一輪客人留下的垃圾沒有打掃就讓我們辦理入住了，打電話給前台無人接聽，幸好朋友後到一步辦理入住，讓朋友和前台説讓人家來打掃把垃圾拿走，一句抱歉也沒有，更別想別的了。第二，我們最後一晚到房間發現小朋友衣服不見了，找了很久，晚上很遲到酒店，酒店打掃的什麼都下班了，我第二天一早7點退房趕飛機，和前台説衣服沒了，前台的意思是可能白天打掃的，因為是白色衣服，和床單一起扔進洗衣房什麼的，讓我們等兩個小時後打掃的上班再找，就不理我們了，我們等不了，他們也沒有後續措施，不會説你們可以先走，我們找到了再聯繫你們啥的，還有我們住三天，房間連水也沒有，還以為酒店不提供免費的水，最後一天晚上看到放了3瓶水，我們也不懂免費不免費，我們坐飛機又喝不完，也沒想帶，更氣人的，朋友家房間每天2瓶，我們才瞭解到，原來提供免費水，就是沒給我們
