It has a wonderful location where nearby KLCC, with a good view of KL tower & Twin Towers (roof swimming pool). The housekeeping is outstanding, but the room design is weird, such as the socket is located at the end of bed - that when you charge your phone, you need to go to the end of your bed to do it (it has totally no socket at the bed side table area for guest to use.) Second is, the hot water issue, we have asked the Front Desk agent twice to fix the hot water (no hot water supply) at the master bed room, which still no hot water after it. Shared the no hot water issue with the Concierge, their engineering fixed on that day, but the hot water supply become very weak on day after… During the stay, they have a power outage as well; the lobby was full of guests (which they are not able to go up by elevator as power was out). Their Front Desk staff just standing there at the lobby without any proactive explanation, no signage or any notice to the guests that elevator is out of service/ the building is power outage. When questioned the black suits, the male black suits responded that no power now and no idea when will they able to fix the situation. After around 40mins, the fire department came and rescue the people trapped in the lift and power resume around an hour later. Btw, the bar - deep blue in its sister hotel next door is extremely good; their waiters have amazing service skill and proactively helping the guests to take photo and introduce the view of their bar. When the waiter in deep blue knows that I was not able to go back to the guest room during the next building power outage, he arranged me a KL Tower view seat and offered assistance that if I have any trouble, he could assist me to room move to the Face Hotel (the hotel where Deep Blue located) which is the best hospitality I received in this trip.

Stayed in the Face Style Hotel, it was clean and very near the tourist spots. Room was big, Food was decent , delicious and have plenty of choices. Best part was the pool👌 Perfect view of Petronas Tower

Location is good, close by two subway/ Monorail lines. Of course, the rooftop pool is great. Ask for room in „floor B“ to have daylight . The side „A“ is very close to an other building and therefore very dark. Breakfast is okay for a few days, then it becomes boring

Hotel staff unfriendly

We strive to be fair in our reviews and typically refrain from leaving negative feedback unless there are significant issues. Our stay at Face Style had some positive aspects, but unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed them. Here are our main concerns: - We understand the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived two hours early and approached the check-in counter to see if early check-in was possible or if we could leave our luggage. The receptionist was firm about the 3:00 PM check-in time and did not offer any assistance, which was surprising for a hotel with a 5-star rating. We've experienced better customer service at hotels with lower star ratings. - The lobby was crowded, and there was insufficient seating, making the two-hour wait uncomfortable. My wife began feeling unwell due to the crowd or the lobby's unique scent, which we found unpleasant. - While other hotels during our trip allowed us to check in around 12:30 PM despite a 3:00 PM check-in time, Face Style was strict about their policy. However, they began accommodating guests around 2:30 PM. Despite being third in line, it took 30 minutes to reach the counter, which was the longest wait we've experienced at any hotel. - We were celebrating our anniversary and had requested a simple room decoration. During the prolonged check-in process, we were told to wait an additional 15 minutes for housekeeping to arrange the room. After waiting, the receptionist asked for another 5-10 minutes. When we finally received our keycard, there were no decorations in the room, which was very disappointing. We received an apology letter from the Duty Manager and were offered a fruit plate, which was never actually given to us. This entire experience negatively impacted our anniversary vacation. - Due to the tiring check-in process, we lost valuable time and did not receive information about the hotel's amenities, such as the breakfast buffet and gym location. - Throughout our interactions, the staff's responses often lacked a genuinely apologetic tone, which added to our frustration. At check-out, a different receptionist cited "new staff" as the reason for our issues, without any further resolution or peace offering. This experience made us question the hotel's 5-star rating and their claims of "world-class services" and "luxurious comfort and impeccable service" as stated on their website. Additional observations for potential guests: - The room was clean, but the cleaning could be improved. - There was no mini-bar. - The pool offered great views of KL Tower and KLCC but was overcrowded. - The breakfast setup was nice, but the selection was limited and basic. Due to the discomfort we experienced, we will not be staying at any Face Brand hotels in the future and cannot recommend them to our friends.

The rooms are large and well-maintained. The front desk check-in staff might benefit from better training, and there was a shortage of staff resulting in long queues. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant 3-day stay overall.

Excellent hotel ， good view

really beautiful view from swimming pool and room was clean, except that during check out the lift is very crowded and had to wait for 15-30 minutes because we were staying at level 11 and a total of 50 floors.

✅ The decoration is really good，room is really big and looks luxurious. Rool top view is amazing. Great location! ❌ Receptionist is rude and disrespectful, they don’t reply to you just staring at computer when you ask something. It feels that you are ignored. It is super uncivilised behaviour to act like this. They will need to be educated how to act like a human. ❌ Swimming pool is disguising, we saw more than one poops from kids. 游泳池居然有大便，前台你问话都不回你.太恶心了
