Money worth it staying here. The pictures online are the same in reality. Although there's a queue during check in (around 3.30pm), the receptionist worked really fast and I got checked in quickly. Room is very clean. Shampoo, bath gel, dental kits, towels are provided. About the towel, the receptionist told me that towels will be given when they got the newly cleaned towels. Just need to wait awhile, no big deal as we are not rushing to use it. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing. Seeing it in person is much more breathtaking than the pictures. There's a deposit of RM500 as mentioned in the description. I paid it by cash and they refunded back to me after they checked the room during check out. I just need to wait around 10 minutes (maybe more for others as they need to wait for the lift) for them to check. There's a T&C to sign during check in, so just follow the rules and not having any penalty to get back the deposit. Definitely will come again.

Wonderful customer service. The front desk clerk, Didi, was exceptional. Khine also went above and beyond. The room was more compact than expected. But it was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for what we needed. I wish that a more accurate depiction of the room would have been provided.

Is at good place and nice view from room. Great interior 😍. But once mistakenly booked at wrong date and couldnt get any refund. Other than that nice.

Overall stay was great. Clean room and toilet; big room; complete amenities; staffs are fantastic and helpful especially the one assisted us to our room. We were on the 25th floor, has 4 elevators functioning and fast. Would recommend this place. Access to pool was superb. View of twin towers and KL tower was awesome and the pool itself has panoramic view.

Nice hotel and good view on swimming pool area. But lobby always buzy.and valet parking not friendly because i drive my own minivan can't enter basement parking‼️.

The location is great however, the hotel was so busy that they just could not cope with the amount of guests. They had 4 elevators which didn’t always work so each floor had hoards of people waiting to go up to the pool or down. Our room didn’t have hot water most of the time and when we asked for it to be fixed , the did, twice and then it would return to no hot water! The pool is great with a nice view but I would not return to this hotel!

I was requesting to change room because the water pump in room B-18-03 is too slow, went down to reception, ive been told that the rooms are fully booking hence i cant change room. They will call their team to check the water pump issue. However, i came up To my room n found there’re 2 bugs on the bed. When the technician came to check the water pump, he agreed it cant be fixed n water are too slow. I was again being told to go down to receptionist to request for change room. Considering the lift usage are very high and we have to wait for so long, going up and down for many times, i am disappointed again with their services

It was an awesome place to stay and yes swimming pool view was awesome. Can walk to KLCC so nearby and also there is shops behind the hotel so it's convenient to get some items. Overall I'll recommend this hotel for a staycation 100%.

Limited Lift due to too many guest. We waited approximately 15-20 mins for lift. The rest are OK.

Check-in dan check-out ambil masa yang lama. Nak swimming perlu pakai swimming attire. Bilik dan view mmg sangat2 puas hati.
