Our stay at Banyan Signature Residence exceeded our expectations in every single way. We were greeted by Mr. Sharman at the lobby, who was kind, patient, and informative, assisting us from the moment we arrived until we left after 5 days and 4 nights. He helped with our luggages (and the opening and closing of the lobby doors as we fumbled for our card access with our shopping bags). The efficient check-in process and the amazingly well-designed room blew us away. From the facilities to the aesthetics, everything was top-notch. We particularly loved the washer and dryer, as well as the luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. We were pleasantly surprised by the room service, which not only tidied up but also cutely arranged our little one’s soft toys and pillows, warming our hearts. The room was super squeaky clean, and the small but fully equipped kitchen area and wardrobe provided plenty of space for our family of three, including our 6-year-old who adored the “mansion.” The location was perfect, connected to Pavilion and accessible via a sheltered 20-minute walk to KLCC, which is beautiful to walk at night with most of the path comfortably air-conditioned. It was also easy to get a Grab, and there was far less traffic than in front of Pavilion. The responsive and efficient personnel, who were contactable via WhatsApp, provided useful and timely information. From now on, my family and I will only stay at Banyan Signature Residence when we are in KL!

Location for Banyan signature is just opposite Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Very convenient and insta worthy. Staff are friendly and helpful to assist us. You need to collect carpark entry devices at residence lobby and the staff will wait at level 9 and register at level 16. For driving, you should park your car at level 9.

Our stay was a pleasant one, the room is clean except for the washing machine that is faulty. The staff was polite and friendly. Will definately recommend this place to my friends & relatives and will come back for more stay in KL. Thumbs up for the service rendered by the all the staffs.

The room is awesome full of amenities and cleanness very good. Service not bad but the parking too high need turn many round to reach level 9. Bed is big and cooking equipment fully ready. We enjoy the night stay.

Very clean and the location is very goood. But I think the security need to be trained better. I’d like to check out in the morning 7am, but no one is there at the reception except 2 securities. I tell them I want to check out, they looked at me and answered “I dont know”. then I asked so how? They repeated “I dont know” and just looked away. Ended I call the whatsapp for the PIC to come down. But overall, I had a pleasant stay there. Thank you!

Mistakenly booked this service apartment where I wanted the hotel. Location is perfect though, next to pavilion via connecting bridge. Gym facilities is a let-down, poorly maintained.

Thumbs up for them. Easy check in with drinks offered tea or coffee, the officer gave me welcome drinks. Clean, bridge linking to pavilion mall.. easy and it was raining so the bridge was useful. Instructions were clear for check in and check out, the officer messaged so they can prepare for us to check out. The officer waited for us at the ground floor returning our deposit.. dont forget deposit 300rm Overall awesome experience, bathtub, big bed and space.. muslim friendly as can pray with family.. maybe can add qiblah direction, that will be useful.

The location is very strategic with a connecting bridge to pavillion. Besides well maintened and high perfomance of security. Check in and check out process is easy. A room with few service. Had a pleasant stay overall!!!❤️

The hotel has a strategic location… it was so convenient to dine & shop… The room was clean and the bathroom is big.. The staff were friend and helpful… They were always there to help us even during at night.. Thumbs up 👍

Nice and convenient place to stay for business or leisure. Close to Pavillion Mall etc. Check-in counter is on 16th FLOOR. Very clean and new room. Chec-kout is on ground floor. I need to WhatsApp receptionist to pick up the room key, etc. to complete check-out.
