Misleading advertisement for my room (strongly advised for any guests, especially family, from booking this room) as it mentioned for 1 unit, there are 2 rooms but instead, there is a main door connecting 2 rooms. Even so, the main door cannot be locked & they always warn you with RM200 fine if you lock the main door. I was staying with my family (wife & 3 kids) & that is the main reason I booked this unit. Me & wife staying in 1 room & kids another room. On the first day of staying here, the main door is defective, I can open it from outside but can't open the main door from the inside. When asked for maintenance people to rectify it, claims that only the next day at 3pm they can come. I asked how about our safety as the main door cannot be locked, they insisted that we use each room door. Defeat the purpose of booking this unit but cannot use the main door. The next day at 4pm, the maintenance guy came & repaired the main door. About hospitality, seriously I advise against other guests from staying here, after repeatedly seeking their assistance about the door &, after that issue didn't resolve, I asked them about reception phone numbers for us to call if anything, they don't have a number, just use whatsapp for communication. So, for prompt response, I can't rely on them. When asked about the security guard number, they asked us to deal with the guard ourselves (poor service). For extra towels, they will charge it. No clean up for room except staying over 7 days. Check out procedures very slow & not effectively implemented. Given the parking space in front of the building, it was hard for us to manage the car while waiting for them to check our rooms. The only nice thing I could say is the rooms are well designed & comfortable. That's all. Service & hospitality, highly not recommended & I won't bring my family here anymore. It just feels like staying in a homestay, that's all. Nothing special but it's my own personal view. Hopefully my reviews here help others to decide whether you want to stay here or not. Strategic place. Clean. Sesuai untuk yang nak stay dengan family. Check-in process need some improvement. Overall, recommend this place.

room is beautiful with nice decoration, everything superb but the only frustrated is the smell of the toilet...superb lowest rate i can give..smell like SHITTTT..hancinggg

The View is really awesome. Can see KLCC , KL tower , and also Menara 118 . But the services can be improve! Receptionist are very slow motion. They even giving wrong key with wrong room label. At first they can’t find my room key when I check In , so they replace me another room (33-09 R) , I went to my room with the password but key in failed after few try , I went back to reception and some one follow me to my room . After that he told me my key is (33-09 L) he ask me to try , but the key labelled (33-09R) but actually for (33-09L). The guy don’t even feel sorry and show me his face

The apartment room its nice, but service very badly. During check-in very slow service, After check Inn the room no have WiFi, so will calling owner five sense, but they no have anything reply. So will go down ask reception staffs. The staff saying will sending maintenance guys come check. But waiting until 2 hour oso no have people's settle the WiFi problem, so will go down again ask the reception staff. And the staff saying change room. Before give customers room no have check anything okay than give to guests. Will pay money for stay, no for wasted time. Room have problem, And change room.

Cleanliness need improvement and also the front desk services. Front desk only start work after 9am and you just can't check out earlier than 9am due to they hold our deposit.

Recommend as the room is clean.easy access to public transport and near with shopping complex sunway putra mall just by walking distance.

Clean, new furniture, friendly reception got Netflix and youtube easy park the car

Love the studio here , worth for money , just that need to park outside and parking fee is rm5
