The hotel is located in central KL, walking distance to the shopping mall. The infinity swimming pool is just perfect for morning exercise and photos!!!

A simple modern and convenient sustainable hotel with affordable prices and a great location. However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay, resulting in a crowded lobby with luggage and guests, making the elevator wait times very long and each ride very cramped. Self-checkout was available. The room was clean and tidy, but the air conditioning was noisy. Each room key card can only access its own floor, which was a bit inconvenient when my friend was staying on a different floor.

We had a very enjoyable two-night stay in this hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient, our room was clean, and the view from the 26th floor was fantastic. However, we did encounter long wait times for the elevators. Despite having 5 lifts servicing 37 floors, they seemed to stop at every level. This caused significant delays, especially when entering or leaving the hotel. We suggest that the hotel management consider implementing a system where elevators are assigned specific floor ranges. This would significantly improve wait times in the elevator lobby.

Best location, right in the centre of everything. Walkable to shopping malls, food and nightlife. Twin towers 20 minutes walk by covered air conditioned walkways. Staff accommodating, Winnie was great! Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Long waits for the elevator. Pool too crowded to make any use of it.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Was served by Ms Mira, a very polite, kind, and helpful girl. She managed to allocate a room next door with my parent as the hotel occupancy was very high. Strategic location. Conveniently to Fahrenheit, Sungei Wang plaza, Lot 10 mall, Pavilion mall/Hotel. Linkway bridge behind Pavilion can access to Petronas Twin Tower, about 8 min walk. Also to TRX exchange Mall, Bejaya Time Square. This hotel were using King Koil bed and was very comfortable. Only setback, the toilet is small and be prepared to queue for the lift as always long queue. Overall a good stay.

Strategic location wirh beautiful skyline. Walking distance to Pavilion, lot10, fahrenheit 88, times square and twin tower. Hotel is fully packed. Need to Q for check in, lift. There is a rooftop swimming pool, however it closes at 8pm. Didn't get to swim. Should have close the swimming pool later, like 10pm or 11pm. Rooms can be more cleaner (the toilet doors). In my 3 nights stay, room service came in everyday. They changed the toothbrush and toothpaste (comes as a set in a box) everyday (abit wasteful of resource and don't have to do it). The check in card holder was loose and came out, resulting in all the power switch off and the room was pitch dark (night time). I had to go down to the reception and ask them to fix it. And the technician attended to it promptly. So be sure to check the check in card holder (you don't want to experience this at night when you are showering). The TV is useless. Can't connect to the hotel WIFI. Seems like decoration purpose and it's such a waste.

Great locality. Easy to get around by foot and public transport. The only set back is the lift. If you are staying at the mid level U may need to factor in waiting time if you are in a rush. Cuz getting in may be a challenge. The lobby is always packed with people. Checking in was not that smooth but checking out is convenient with the self service kiosk. We love the view from our room. Enjoyed the the dip in the infinity pool at the top floor with spectacular view.

Room was clean and the staff are very friendly too. Walking distance to alot of the big malls too. Food options are plenty nearby

The location is perfect , around 5 mins walk to pavilion. There are kopitiam, restaurants and 99 speed mart nearby too. Staffs are friendly , helpful and efficient. Room is very comfortable and nice view, can see TRX from the room. Swimming pool view was superb. The only downside is the WiFi cannot connect to the smart tv but overall is great!

Really good location. Walking distance to so many places like Pavilion, TRX, Lot 10. Fahrenheit is directly opposite and you cN even walk to KLCC via the overhead bridge. Rooms are clean and comfortable and views are great. My pictures are from the sky garden. Only thing the pool is really small but honestly that doesn't matter if you're going to be out most of the time.

Clean and it is consider quite new with everything you need. Walking distance to Pavillion and also TRX Exchange.

Very good location , many tourist, often full house, hotel very clean, service very good, very recommended this hotel for a KL trip, walk can reach Pavillion and many more mall here
