This hotel is easy excess putra mall shopiing mall . Easy for restaurant & window shoping . The mall is link with PWTC lrt station & easy to travel By lrt . . Hotel room super clean & front receptionist officer Ar very friendly .

Arrived around 3.30pm and the checked in was smooth. They provide free parking dor guest. You can park valet also with chargeable rates. Good room and facilities. Managed to try the breakfast and it was tasty. Overall it was a good stay for us and will come back in future.

I love everything about the hotel. The location, the parking, the room and the hospitality. Location wise, it is strategically stated next to an lrt station. The hotel is easily accessible on foot or by vehicle. The parking is provided on level 5 to 8. However, during my stay, level 5 is under renovation. For easy parking navigation, just find the big signage to the hotel. The lift will bring u directly to level 9, the lobby area. The parking is complimentary for the hotel guests. The staff at the reception counter are friendly and assisting. I booked a Deluxe room but was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic room. Plus point! The room is spacious and i am very satisfied with the amenities. The breakfast was splendid too. Too bad i was there during the last hour. Make sure to be at the café earlier for a vast choice of food. Overall, i'm satisfied and 'll be sure to stay again at the hotel soon.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy to talk with. I love my stay as the room is spacious, the bed is so comfy that I slept soundly throughout my whole stay. I’ll definitely come back! What I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast buffet though. Few selections of Chinese food (congee, noodles, bao). The other cuisine tastes bland to me too but maybe it’s just me.

staff are so helpful and kind. the hotel has also. introduced new shortcut to reach level 4 of Sunway Putra Mall where many restaurants are located. Easy to locate and convenient to dine at the Mall

Nice location in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The price is affordable with warm welcome to my family.

The location is good which is next to Sunway Purta Mall where you can go shopping and lots of food to choose from. The room is clean and big and the service is also good. The CP value is excellent.

As Usual Nice Hotel With Nice Staff, It Just They Are Having A Renovation On The Day/ Month And It's A Bit Noisy Starting 9am onwords. OVERALL It Was A Great Stay
