check in: take too long time, only 1 staff at the counter. suddenly another 1 staff came and attend people q behind me. and me still waiting for the check in. the staff talking on the phone while attending me. so bad service. NO CLEAR INSTRUCTION FOR THE CHECK IN. THE RESIDENCE GOT 3 BLOCKS! Need to find our unit by our own!!! Parking instruction also not clear!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BIG FAMILIES with kids. Swimming Pool: The aunty not allowed my kids to enter the pool since they have ni swimming pool attire. but wearinf jersey. I saw other kids inside the pool wear t shirt & cotton wear!!! how come???? stupidity!!! The unit is okay facing KLCC, and all rooms was good. Thats the plus point. OVERALL,NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE SERVICE. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Air conditioning the wind can not set. Heater water is not hot enough. Sofa stained ...... The location is good near twin towers walk in about 15 mins. Nearly have food street.

Last minute plan luckily still got room here. Checked inn was smooth. Need to standby security depo around rm200 and will get back after 2 days. Free parking for 1 car. More than that can park @ basement with chargeable. All Room aircond but living hall only fan. Depend on what type of room u choose. View from room and pool was amazing.

The units are located in separate apartments of a residential building. There is a metro station below. The house is surrounded by a very authentic area. Before check-in, clear and understandable instructions and rules are given. Great pool with great views of the twin towers. The apartment had a good panoramic view of the city.

In term of cleanliness: Just check in already saw small cockroach not 1 but 5 or more small cockroach passing by the carpet, near the entrance door and sofa.. Overall location and view is the best. only few point need to improve specially the deposit return not as stated. Deposit Rm200 via bank transfer is needed before/when check in.. But deposit refund take longer time (indicate on counter within 1-2working days) but on the 4 working day i whatsapp then they reply..

- AC was working very badly - Admin ignored my question about AC in WhatsApp - they don't provide bottle of waters - they don't provide sleepers - Also difficult to find because office and the room are two different blocks

Location and cleanliness is vry good. Surrounded by good food. Walkiing distance to KLCC. Apartment is clean. Service is prompt n staff are very friendly and helpful. But have to say this. Sleeping mattress is not good. When you sleep, it just cave in. Although our pillow looks quite new, but its too hard. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Very bad! I booked a room for my friend, but they said there were no rooms left, so they kicked my friend out, but I saw that there were rooms on the platform! The price on the platform almost doubled, and they didn't reply to me online after we booked it. The confirmation form was sent, but no one replied! You kicked my friend out in the middle of the day? Is this how you run a hotel?

The accommodation is quite good. Near the BTS station, convenient travel, close to various tourist attractions.

Beautiful apartments with a view of the towers, we lived on the 35th floor, so the views are wonderful. There is no adapter from a Malaysian outlet to a European outlet in the room. So I had to run to buy.
