The hotel service is good, and the service staff is eager to help with other questions about this trip! Really good! The environment is comfortable, and the public spaces and facilities are also very good. There is a cafe for breakfast downstairs, and the hotel has free buses to other areas with parking spaces! The room and bathroom are very clean! The towels have a slight smell, but otherwise there are no problems! Convenient location!

Very convenient for the families members. Just opposite Gleneagles across the road. Clean, convenient and new. Disadvantages is 1 time cleaning only when check in time. If you stay 5 nights, no room make up because this is service suite. However, it's very convenient for those who have family members admitted at Gleneagles Ampang.

-Room excess need to key in password every time
-Room smell very strong of chemical ,gave headache (i went out and bought 2 can of Ambu Pur Car Fresheners)

The room is very good and fully equipped. There is a gym, sauna and swimming pool on the roof, which can be entered for free with your room card. However, the transportation nearby is not very convenient. The urban rail and subway are far away, but you can get to KLCC in ten minutes by taxi. The night view is great.

Strategic location for visiting patients at Gleneagles hospital. The front desk is very helpful when we are having issue when checking in. Check in and check out are convenient. Carpark is provided.👍🏻
