Good place to stay with families. Very convenient to go shopping or eating. The room are clean. I will stay again in future.

Nice apartment to stay. As my family check in the room we could't connect to wifi . They fast come to check on the problem & solve it .Thanks to the staff that they alert on my items that i forgot. Keen to update me on my left items. Great jobs tp the cleaning staff. Thank you very much appericiate.

Thanks to the Management assigned the unit as requested. We really enjoyed our stay at the convenience of the location. However I hope the carpark lot can be on the same level as the access to the lift lobby instead of needing to walk up or down to a different level which is rather inconvenient.

Strategic place for 8-10 pax staycation, easy access to Sunway Velocity Mall by walking distance, easy access to collect Delivery Food, spacious unit, overall satisfied. From 1-10, will rate 8

The location was very good. Covered access to walk 10 min to Cochran mrt  (2 stations from Bukit Bintang).  Plenty of shops nearby including direct covered access to Sunway velocity mall.   Customer service quite responsive.  I got a confirmation and instructions four days before check in date, and detailed instructions the day itself.  Room wise, the bedrooms are fine.  Sofa had quite a bit of dust.  My induction cooker wasn’t working but not a big issue.  Toilet was a hit and miss.  The one in the main bedroom was fine, but the common toilet didn’t smell too good.   Still for the price I think is a good deal.

Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the hygiene standards at this establishment. For those who prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, I think it’s better to opt for other accommodation. Upon arrival, it became evident that the blankets were stained and adorned with tiny black dots, raising concerns about their cleanliness and maintenance. Several members of my family experienced itchiness during their sleep, which further highlighted the subpar conditions of the bedding. Furthermore, the overall environment of the property was poorly maintained, contributing to a sense of discomfort and unease throughout our stay. While the pricing may be considered fair, I believe that individuals seeking a comfortable and hygienic place to rest can find better alternatives slightly outside the vicinity of Subway Velocity Mall. Proximity to this mall, while convenient for some, is not a compelling factor when considering the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. In conclusion, I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism to improve the quality of service and hygiene standards at this establishment.

Condo connected to Sunway Velocity Mall. Stay at level 11th. Mall roof and urban view. Easy check in, spacious and clean. 3 room apartment, smallest room for two but without aircond unit. Late check out after 12 pm will be fine RM 50 😅

Overall was okay, but need to pay deposit via another platform and such deposit will need to be held by the owner for 7 days after check out. By all means, this is a serious issue of the reliability and safety of the transaction for us which Trip.com needs to be of concern. Which party is going to be liable of?

Easy to find location and it’s right beside Velocity 3 mall. Self Check in and out was easy but for those who hope for early check in, it’s impossible if the unit was booked the nite before. Aircon and water heaters all working very well. The only problems we had were 1) ants in the unit, and we found a few ants on the bed that’s on the floor in one of the rooms, 2) only 1 main door key was given for our group of 6, hence quite inconvenient. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

House maintenance not so good … the rest is ok

The induction cooker is not needed.

Overall the location is good but the cleanliness need to be improved.
