At the hotel building, a Car valet service is provided hence the charge of RM 25. The valet attendant collects your car and parks it for you and when you are ready to leave, they will bring the car back for you. This is the service provided.Guests who prefer self-parking can proceed to the next door Aurora Place building at an exclusive rate of RM10 per entry. This fee is also charged per day. Upon your arrival, our staff also hand out instructions on where you can self-park at the nearby building across the hotel. This is covered parking with 24 hours security, and the fee (at the time of writing) is RM 10 per entry (USD 2.12). This is really good value indeed. P/s this RM 10 is a preferred and discounted rate, as non-hotel guests would have to pay the normal rate of RM 2 per hour which could add up to RM48 for a 24 hour parking. Guests who prefer to self-park can follow these easy steps:1. Arrive at the hotel entrance and our staff will greet you and help you with your luggage unloading2. Unload your luggage and our staff will keep them on a cart waiting for you.3. Drive your car to the nearby Place building (located 40 feet away)4. Once you park, take the escalators and exit the building and the hotel will be located 40 feet away from the entrance to the Aurora Place building5. Our staff will then greet you again at the main entrance and help you with your luggage as you proceed to the reception desk.6. The same process can be repeated in reverse when it is time for your to depart the hotelWe also appreciate your feedback on our breakfast and are concerned to hear that the breakfast options did not fully meet your expectations. Our breakfast service starts at 6 am, offering guests the following daily: 3 types of fresh-cut fruits, 2 types of whole fruit, 2 types of sliced bread, bagels, 3 types of pastries, 3 types of cereal, cookies, different nuts, muesli, and 2 different types of yoghurt, vegetable salad offerings, 3 types of juices and milk, hot noodles made for you on the spot, offering 11 types of different condiments, congee porridge, nasi lemak with accompanying dishes, an additional 6 hotel items, and a live cooking egg station where we prepare eggs for you to your preference, along with premium coffee and tea. The Market Grab and Go station also provides convenient choices for those on the go. We will ensure ample servings for guests who buy a rate that includes breakfast.At Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, we strive to put our customers at the center of everything we do.
