Second time staying with a different landlord than before The quality is equally good! The water seems to be colder this time

The infinity pool is its biggest gimmick. There is no shampoo or slippers in the room. The sheets, pillows and quilts are not clean enough. There is no locker for changing clothes next to the infinity pool. The landlord's service is not timely.

. . . Worst experience ever. Not as good as hundreds of hotels. There was no hot water in the shower. I turned on the switch and waited for 20 minutes but there was still no hot water. I was really annoyed. After checking out and storing the luggage, I waited for almost 20 minutes to pick up the luggage, so I called in advance to say it was almost there. There was a smell when entering the room and there was no conditioner. . . I have stayed in hotels that cost more than 600 yuan a night, but none that cost more than 1,000 yuan a night. . . To check in, you also need to contact us via WeChat or what's app. . .

Check in process is troublesome, phone call does not help, need download whatapp. No luggage storage area, need to put luggage in the room (only available before next guest arrive and need to contact property via WhatsApp to retrieve luggage

No cleaning after first day stay. Not allow to pool area after 10:00pm. The only reason why I booked this hotel room was to celebrate new year countdown at the pool area. However the hotel ruined my new year celebration. Room is big enough but not neat.

Very good property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
