Don't stay here, I have a deep understanding of this.
1. Some rooms in the hotel have serious formaldehyde exceeding the standard, and entering the room is **.
2. It is either a hotel or an apartment, and the security of the apartment treats us differently. The permanent residents go through the front door, and tourists like us go through the back door. At the same time, we tourists are not allowed to sit in the public area to rest. We enter and exit in secret.
3. The hotel security and the front desk did not give the Chinese the courtesy and respect they should have. I know that Malays are anti-Chinese, but I didn't expect that a service industry would be like this.
4. There was no one at the hotel front desk after 22 o'clock in the evening.
5. The room we stayed in still had items that were not in the room, and it was obviously not cleaned up.
This trip to Malaysia was completely ruined by this apartment.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with nice view facing the twin towers, the infinity pool is also amazing especially at night. You get different landlords for the room, it’s not like a traditional hotel where you have a reception that deals with all the rooms.

The infinity pool is its biggest gimmick. There is no shampoo or slippers in the room. The sheets, pillows and quilts are not clean enough. There is no locker for changing clothes next to the infinity pool. The landlord's service is not timely.
