I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Signature in the heart of Bukit Bintang, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located with a 24-hour store nearby, making it easy to grab anything you need at any time. It's also within walking distance of Pavilion, one of Kuala Lumpur's most famous malls. The location is perfect for both shopping and dining, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Looked 5 stars but room is more like 4stars. Requested high floor & connecting rooms as we are traveling with 2 teens ages 12 & 15. Indeed we gotten a connecting room but assigned level 5 which has no view n totally cannot even open our curtains for any sunlight during the day coz level 5 was the hotel staff garden walking area. So there was no privacy at all. The bedsheet & bath towel had stained & we had that changed the next day. The toilets were full of SILVERFISH (an insect) at the ceiling. Yucks The hotel website clearly stated hotel breakfast fee was RM45 for adults & RM23 for children under 17years. But we were told at cashier only under 12 is considered child !!! We were cheated and overcharged 2 teens fee as adults !!! N the breakfast spread was very very lousy…not worth the charges. Carpark is RM5 per day & that was ok. I will think twice about this hotel in our next trip.

My siblings and I had decided to go on a roadtrip to KL. One of the factor of choosing a hotel was either a connecting room or a family room. Hotel royal signature fulfil the criteria. This is a newly refurbish hotel. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Welcome drinks was provided upon checking in. We came early and was not able to check in immediately but we were allowed to leave our luggages with the concierge and head for lunch. Our room was ready once we returned from lunch. Family room was spacious. It concist of 2 rooms with an adjoining lounging area. There is also a separate entrances to both rooms. Both king and twin beds were comfortable. Pillows were soft too. Coffee making facilities, iron, hairdryer and safe we provided with other basic necessities. Bathroom with separate standing shower was spacious too. There is ample space at the sink counter for you to place your toiletries Toilet came with a bidet which is a plus point for us. Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant time here. The room is super clean. For breakfast, there are plenty of choices.. Nasi lemak, noodles counter,egg counter, porridge, pastries,roti canai,curry chicken, fruits and vegetables. The swimming pools are clean..the gym is also clean. The kid's playground costs a RM50 but it's so worth it. The interior is simple and nice

The stay was good. With shopping and food nearby. If you are driving, Parking need to pay though and need verification at the main counter before collecting ur car.

Stayed for 1 night with my husband and 1 year old son. I request for king bed of course with my still breastfeeding child we cannot sleep on 2 single beds but they said the king bed room is not available. Luckily we were able to move the bed easily since the bed has wheels. The breakfast was awesome. When we were packing our things before check out, we found out the bed has blood stain on it. So everything is good except the bed sheet. :(

Location is perfect, but it's too crowded most times and they don't have sufficient lifts to cater the crowd. We waited 20mins at lobby to get into lift for multiple times

This is newly renovated hotel, this offer good value for 5 star, the bed are nice, gym and pool also nice, The only downside is location, although it’s in Bukit Bintang but it’s located on the other side of the main shopping area and the area is a bit rough .

Good location at Bukit Bintang. Night food market is just across. Staying at the time only one lift is working due to the renovation. Staff service is okay, we are early check out, they arrange for take away breakfast. TV channels not included the football channel. Breakfast is normal. We stayed for 3 nights.
