Location was excellent very close to the pavilion etc also walking distance to Jalan Alore which serves mainly Chinese cuisine, if you’re on a halal diet best to check with the vendors We had a 3bed apartment it was ok, size cleanliness was all good however some small adjustments can take it to good, - having better quality shampoo shower gel hand wash and toilet paper, - having a hook in the bathroom to hang towel and clothes - provide a hand towel, we used the provided bath towels - although the apartment is well equipped with a washing machine drier etc it’s missing an iron Overall the apartment is adequate we would stay again but bring our own toiletries The address shown will take you to the sleeping Lion suites entrance which is the a joining hotel for axon the street is Lorong Walter Grenier

The address is right in between Times Square and Bukit Bintang, so the location is excellent. The check-in & check-out system is online, so no reception is available at the hotel lobby. Overall, it was a really good experience for us.

The host was very helpful and fast response. Nice location near to pavilion and interesting area. The room was great clean and well organized. All amenities and wifi is fast. The view trx tun razak exchange. Will do stay again here. Very recommended.

the check in process is troublesome, no reception.. i found hair inside the bathroom. when giving deposit they only can refund 3-5days working i dont know what is so hard to refund back guest money .. its really frustrating i wont choose this place again..

It's a little hard to find even from Google Maps. It's less than 20 minutes by Grab from KL Sentral, and the road in front of the hotel is very crowded. I arrived with anxiety after seeing the reviews on Google in Grab, but they were so bad that I got an email to call because there was no reception. I can't make international calls or speak English, so I asked the TripAdvisor counter to help me, and the reception itself was staffed, so I showed them the reservation email and they told me to call, and when I said I couldn't, the reception called. I waited about 15 minutes, and the boy arrived, took a photo of my passport, etc., and guided me to the post box ➡︎ He went up with me and told me how to use the pool and room keys. The Wi-Fi wasn't very good, but he taught me. I sent the reservation number and passport number in the email exchange, but the exchange was not very smooth, and it said that there was a deposit of 200 ringgits, and by that time it was night and I didn't have a local passport, but the boy at the guide didn't tell me, so in the end they didn't take the deposit. There was a pool and gym on the 37th floor, and a garden and playground equipment on the 10th and 11th floors. You can't enter the pool at night, so you can just look at it. I emailed them to ask about the sauna, but they didn't reply, so it's a shame because the sauna was one of the reasons I decided to stay here. What was particularly disappointing was that although the room was nice and clean, there was no refrigerator, so it was inconvenient to be able to stock up on beer or coffee. There was a convenience store below, but my room was on the 43rd floor, so there were a lot of people coming and going, and it was a hassle to get down, and although there were 5 elevators, they were always crowded. What's more, it was difficult because two of the elevators didn't seem to be able to go up to the 43rd floor. The night view was very beautiful, but the only inconveniences were the entrance and the refrigerator... If they lowered the price, I would be satisfied. If they don't lower the price, they need to put in a refrigerator and take measures to make immigration smoother. There are 2 convenience stores between the hatching and the mall, and if you go up the slope to the right, there is a mall and plenty of food (5 minutes) Whether I stay again depends on whether the price and system are revised

The lobby on the first floor is crowded with people. There are only 5 elevators. You have to wait for a long time every time. You are crowded with many people. It is as hot as a sauna. Check-in is very inconvenient. It is self-service and you need to download WhatsApp. Communicate with the other party and then send you a check-in guide. It is in English. Fortunately, my English is not a problem. If my English level is average, it will be very troublesome. I have to go to hundreds of mailboxes to find the key card. It took me a long time to get it successfully. Check in. The room was very spacious, but the slippers were so cheap that they couldn't be used, and there was no water. The sheets and covers were slightly stained. Although the location is great, the area downstairs is like a slum, and rats can be seen everywhere. You can stay at Lane next door for the same price, and I will never book this hotel again.
