Extremely pleasant stay at Axon Residences. Strategic location with TRX and Pavillion. Would definitely be back & highly recommend this place of stay to travellers.

The location is very strategic to Pavilion and TRX . The house is very clean👍 The host is very responsive too.

Apartment is nice and clean . We stayed at 41st floor and good view . The extra mattress provided were comfortable , however , need to move to the living hall as both the queen room have got limited space . Person in charge of our unit was easy to contact with and efficient service . Lobby can do luggage storage before check in time 3pm but not upon check out . Location is very good within popular landmark , eateries and pharmacies too . There is a nice fried chicken rice coffee shop just nearby and also next to sleeping lion hotel . Will consider again for next trip .

There were a lot of unknown hairs on the bed and sofa. It was very dirty and a bit disgusting. We didn't get a good rest at all and there was no cleaning staff to replace them immediately. We still needed to replace them ourselves.

Instructions on parking could have been clearer which have been raised to the management already.

very good location. but the way how they collect the deposit can be more streamline and they should be more prompt and on-time to provide checkin details the night before instead of me still checking for the checkin details on the day of checkin itself otherwise, it's a good and pleasant stay.

Strategic location for shoppers Lift waiting is bad, bathroom reeks of urine smell from floortrap

Located within few minutes of walking distance to the shopping areas Lot 10, Pavillion, the new TRX mall and MRT station. Avoid taking the lift during the checkout timing (11am to 12:30pm) if staying at high floors. Waited once for 20 min just to get to ground floor!
