Price is reasonable and location is indeed near KLCC, many food stall near the hotel

Redstone hotel are located at kampung baru, KL..just near by a most excited saloma bridge and klcc. Also to easy to get the food around 24 hours😂😂

Strategic location. Easy, walking distance to train kampung baru station.easy to find local food..banyak pilihan.parking pun banyak. Best hotel 👍

It is close to the twin towers. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and kind for helping me with ordering the car to the airport. Thanks.

It hasn’t fully renovated yet. Parking was so hard to find. We have no curtains and people can see through the window 😂 the location is in kampung baru so will be easier for everyone to find food. The entrance of the hotel smells like cats poo. And there’s a cute big fat cat downstairs so it’s acceptable 😤

The picture of the room is edited, far below the standard of a 3 stars hotel room, which is very small and dirty, this is misleading for customers. Sound and noises come from neighboring rooms. The receptionist is also unfriendly. Very NOT RECOMMENDED.

New Hotel, but bit smelly (Cat poops) at the entrance . need to clean toilet properly. overall i'm satisfied with this hotel. Enough hanger, spaces and comfort bed. Be there guys.

Totally very disappointed with overall services..the room shows in the app is not the same..most of the Hotel's review the original photos of the room available...but here when the time I want to check in at about 3.30pm they said still cleaning and have to wait until 30minuts...and the room inside got paint smell realy uneasy.

The air conditioner not working well, its not suitable for eldest as no lift going to the room, its like homestay because they dont clean your room like in the hotel,

A good if you looking for a place where you can lay your head peacefully at night. I could see Petronas tower from my window. Room for improvement 🙏🏾

I never expect the room to be very traditional with wooden cupboard and table stand! But overall it is quite comfortable! Even though the bathroom (small) and toilet separate, but still works for me! Only that if you come by own transport, please note that you need find parking nearby. i was lucky to found a spot once I entered the turning towards the hotel (clinic).. the view of KLCC from the clinic at night is really gorgeous! Sadly I couldn't see it from my window :) but I would love to book again if I have the chance!

1. The toilet is too small & not comfortable, 2. The toilet inside top off the roof water leaking, 3. The toilet shower not very good & a water pressure is very lower take long time to shower, 4. The room service not too good 😕, 5. I'm staying 3 nights but they are not provid drinking water also , 6. The room inside got bad small no provide room spray , 7. The room space is too small not comfortable, 8. The hotel not easy to find ,because the entrance is level 1,

Cannot provided toothpaste and tooth brush. This was inconvenient for me.

Still under renovation after a few years closed, not the same as in the picture. Terrible.
