We appreciate it.Regarding the lift waiting time, it is mainly due to peak hours of the building where most people are using the lift. The peak hours are usually at 11AM-1PM (Building's check out time) and at 10:30-11:30PM (Others heading back to their rooms). The crowd will increase during these times and cause the lift waiting time to be delayed. We hope that this information can clarify your concerns and inform others who are interested in staying at AXON Residences so they may plan their vacation well! Response from Property: Hi Hoang, thank you for taking the time to share your insightful experience staying in AXON RESIDENCES Bukit Bintang.We would like to clarify that the location of the building is very strategic and close to all the hotspots such as Pavilion KL, Lot10, Starhill Gallery and more :) This will naturally make the building a popular choice for travelers to stay at for convenience! The lift waiting time and building management/soundproofing is truly beyond our control as our jurisdiction is limited to the management of the actual condition of the rooms/apartments only... We are a Homestay and not a hotel. A gentle notice, the lift waiting time and crowd will increase during peak hours such as 11AM-1:30PM +- (building's check out time) and 10:30-11:30PM (other guests staying in the building will return to their rooms). We hope that this may clarify some of your concerns and kindly help inform others who are interested in staying at AXON Residences.

Yes we do rent out Dual-Key Apartment rooms and Entire Apartments in AXON Residences as shown in our room photos.We would like to clarify that we have not stated these amenities in our room amenities prior to your reservation as we do not provide them:1. Drinking Water Bottle2. In-House Slippers.Regarding the lift waiting time, it is due to the strategic location of AXON Residences that makes it one of the most popular places for convenient homestay in Bukit Bintang. This naturally attracts a lively crowd to stay in the building which may affect the common facilities waiting time/crowd.We understand that our room amenities may have been overlooked and we hope that we can host you in better terms again next time :) We also hope that everyone may understand that we do not have direct management rights towards the common facilities such as lifts/pools/gym and etc. The building management team manages it and as a host we will definitely take your feedback to the building management team for further improvements.
