Front desk staff provide very poor service. Both his words and facial expressions were not friendly. The staff are old. But if you are not ready to serve, you should stay at home. In terms of accommodation, it's good, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is close to the Petronas Twin Towers.

The property stay was overall good. However for such a high rise building, few lifts are available....very long waiting just to enter/exit at times. Also, reception area is mostly crowded, not so pleasant and could be managed better.
Lastly, one of the beds was broken at the flat base...it was marginally supported by stuffing bedding beneath the mattress.
