The location is quite good, walking distance to pavilion mall and also easy to get surroundings food. Everything is quite good, but the only thing I feel quite disappointed and angry about is the staff who working in the restaurant - fried the egg ( morning/ buffet for breakfast), I can’t see the name tag since his name tag not tagged as well, service so rude.

Great Hotel in the heart or the city, got a room with Twin tower view, rooms are spacious and balcony was the main Usp, my kids had great fun in the pool which is on the roof top, getting food delivery was easy, staff were helpful and understanding. Will surely recommend ahead.

Good location and the staffs are very friendly and helpful with my family. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. Keep it up!! 🩷

First of all, I am disappointed with the how sparse is the furniture in the 1011 sq feet suite which has the biggest space and supposedly the highest category in Dorsett Residences. In the elongated living room which has a small Kitchenette, there is only a dinning table and a sofa. It’s so misleading compared to how the pictures look.. misrepresentation. When I decided to take a rest after checking in, on the 2 seater fabric sofa, there is a burnt out hole size of a cigarette butt on one of the seats. Switching on the small tv, lore and behold, there is only 5 channels available all them local channels in Malay language. Other channels are on cable which require a Astro card I reckon subscription. I thought I booked a 2 room suite.. what is this! When I went to the bathroom and decided to take a shower, there is a shower rod but no curtain. Come, shower curtain??? Because I was wet already, I had to continue with my shower. Water spluttered all over on the bathroom making it slippery and unsafe. With these concerns I proceeded to reception to speak with staff. With regards to furniture in the room, it’s already the best they can do, take it or leave it. Pertaining to sofa, it’s there what can they do. In relation to bathroom, there is no curtain actually. I was flabbergasted! Why is there a rod there in the first place. Who will bear responsibility if a guest falls down on a wet floor, when in the first place, it won’t be if there is curtain to prevent it. When my brother checked in, I was utterly embarrassed and apologised to them profusely, it’s our brocation. Add injury to insult, my room key card didn’t work the day after I checked in. My brother’s room card key failed on the 3rd day. Utterly disappointed….. I will not book Dorset hotels again

Best hotel in KL. Walking distant to pavillion. Very clean hotel.

Convinient location to many places. The apartments were quite well maintained, good enough of amenitites available in the apartment, washing machine is available in each apartment and saves me alot of luggage space as i can wash my clothes.. only down side was the shower, water is not hot enough should u need to fill up the bath tub for a good soak after a long day out. Overall, the Residences apartment is a very good option fot travellerswith kids and family.

I book this place bcos of the twin towers view from the pool and room as shown on their hotel photos. But when I reached, I was told by front desk that view was blocked by another building. Kinda disappointed that they didn't update their hotel pictures. I posted pictures from trip.com vs the actual view. Nevertheless the stay was pleasant and the location is good to access anywhere. Bukit Bintang was a few mins walk away.

The room is clean and spacious. Near to shopping malls and many restaurants around. The only issue we have when check in the instructions is not clear we have to go to hotel lobby to get the key. Other than that all looks good.

The apartment is clean. Good for 4 adults. Service is excellent. Request for mineral water after coming back from shopping at 10.30pm. Received water after 5 minutes. No hand towels only bath towels provided. No tissue paper.

Loved that a dryer cum washer was provided in the unit so that I could do my laundry easily. Apartment is 5mins’ walk from Pavilion KL where an abundant food options are available. Main bukit bintang shopping district is also within walking distance. Overall a very comfortable stay where the rooms were clean and new. Would definitely be back

Everything is good but parking is not worth . You can park at hotel with multiple entry daily RM11.

Room is spacious, but the lights broke down 2 nights in a row.

This my 2nd time im stayed here. The Services in this hotel was so good. I got the corner room and its was so nice view (KLCC). The food oso nice. And all the staffs was very polite
