Good location very close to LRT PWTC / KTM Putra. WhatsApp the owner beforehand to arrange a greeting at the security gate of Villa Putra Condominium. She was very kind and reasonable.
The check in was smooth. The place was on 24th floor with great view of Putra Area and very spacious. Wifi worked well. There was a kitchen, but I did not use it. I liked the communal area.
I highly recommend Empress Signature.

You need to register visitors with the gate guard first, and then explain to the floor guard that you are staying at this youth hostel. The guard will call the proprietress to pick you up. You need to pay a 50 ringgit deposit to get the key card after checking in. The 50 ringgit deposit will be refunded when you check out.

As other reviews say, the owner is very kind. I chose an option that could not be changed and booked the wrong date, but when I called the owner and explained it to him, he changed it for me. It was a great place to stay. I extended my stay by one day.
