Location were good, walking distance to TRX. However there’s no Parking for guests. Parking fees were not waived even for guest. Room were not sound proofed.

1. Plumbing problem - flooding at shower and toilet
2. Had problem with water mixer - no cold water in shower, had to use burning hot water
3. Air con temperature was always freezing cold
4. Breakfast was subpar. Wasn’t informed about final round of orders. At 10.20am staff refused to cook, asked us to help ourselves to the cold breads, cereals and fruits.
5. Toilet paper was not replaced from previous customer
6. Walls are thin, could hear noises from outside traffic, esp car alarms going off in the middle of the night, noise from corridor and next room.
7. Lack of thoughtfulness in design - (we had 4 rooms and each room is different) some rooms, sink has no area for holding toothbrush, personal toiletries or hand towel

Great location, however the bottom of the curtains in the toilet is soiled and has bad odour.

Hotel cleaniness great. Mattress good and comfortable.
Location walking distance to TRX and Pavilion. Only minus point is
Breakfast very limited selection .
Will come again next trip in KL

Cozy, simple, and cute, this hotel offers a comfortable bed and kimono. The swings are a lovely touch, making it a great spot for photos. Breakfast was delicious, but the welcome drink was a bit odd for my taste. The location is convenient.
However, housekeeping needs improvement. They failed to change the used towels and bath mat, which had my hair on it. As a sustainability-focused hotel, basic hygiene should be a top priority. Most concerning was finding a used hand towel beside the bed that didn't belong to me or my room, which is totally unacceptable.
Other than that, I’m enjoying my stay at Lloyd’s inn.

5 mins walking distance to TRX is simply amazing.
The downside is construction around the area might cause sound pollution.

I checked in at 10 o'clock in the evening. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The overall service of the hotel was very good. The location is very good. It's very close to everywhere. The disadvantage is that it's too close and the Grab driver won't take orders. Many can only walk
