Nothing like the pictures - furniture was rotting, missing lights, water damage and very dusty. But that’s not the worst part - the “check-in” process was horrendous. It took the service guy 20mins to come down from whatever room they are in to pick us up at the CONDOMINIUM lobby. After which, we weren’t inform of an additional RM300 deposit required - and the service guy was just too lazy to get his card reader and told me to go and get cash from an ATM in the middle of nowhere. Which the ATM didnt have money. Check out took 30mins from texting the “reception” and arriving to our rooms. At the price point of whatever I have paid - you are better off in a hotel tbh.

Condo with full amenities. Great view of KLCC from bath tub and roof top. Great location. About 10 mins walk to MRT and KLCC.

This place is clean and neat. We had a comfortable sleep at night. We also got to see a nice view especially at night. Our stay was really good since the room is complete with an oven, microwave, stove and even a water dispenser.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.

The family room is very big and clean, i like the bathtub, the view to KLCC twin tower, definitely i will book again for my next visit to KL.

The check in was pretty late and slow. I did contact the management before coming but i received no reply. Upon checking in, the room was big and clean. However the air conditioning at the living room was not working but it is alright since the one at dining room worked fine. The air conditioning at the second room was not cold at all. Overall the room was comfy and great view and clean. But room amenities and service quite bad. Pool is nice but obstructed with construction.

Katil yang lembut dan bantal yang selesa. Cuma servis agak low. Suggest to provide better way to get key by check in and checkout time.

Nice studio apartment with all the thing require as a house. So convinient to stay more than a day. The gym also ok with the basic equipment and the swimming pool also great. The parking as accorded to the apartment which u dont have to worry on the parking space. Walking distance to klcc and easy to get e hailing service as well. Quiet and calm environment. The only regret is the check out time is at 11 which so early and would be charge if exceed it.

Really enjoyed my stay here, apartments vey clean and huge, have everything what you need, full set up kitchen and bathtub. Service also very good, they bring me adapter to charge my phone. So I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

Has huge bathtub in the place,it was clean and tidy. Rooftoop able to view twin Tower especially during night time. Near to restaurant around. Will come again.
